NOTICE OF UPCOMING WORK AT THE COMPLEX: The HOA has a few projects coming up to improve the amenities and building appearance for our guests. Please review the following scheduled work before booking to make sure this work will not be unexpected for your dates. I have applied discounts to these dates to offset the inconvenience for the selected dates.



10/19/26-12/18/26 the exterior of the complex is being painted. This is not expected to be a noisy process but there will besome parking spaces in the beachside lot that will be taken up so at times you may have to park on the overflow lot across the street. Balcony access will be limited 12/7/26-12/18/26 while the work is being completed on the South side of the complex. During this timeframe the balconies will not have furniture on them.



11/2/26-11/20/26 both pools will be getting replastered and new tile installed. There will only be one pool close at a time so there will always be a pool to use but not both during that timeframe. There will be some noise associated with this work while they are chipping the old tile out. During these same dates another contractor will be making repairs to the stairwell door frames. Stairwells may be blocked off at times during this timeframe while repairs are being made. Since both of these projects are expected to be noisy both projects were scheduled at the same time to reduce the timeframe of noisy work. Noisy work is limited to 8am-5pm daily.

Pet Rules

• DOGS ONLY; Up to 2 dogs allowed

• No aggressive dogs

• Dogs must remain leashed outside the unit

• No parties or events

• Minimum renter age: 25

• No third-party bookings

• Rental agreement, guest list & ID required after booking

• Security deposit hold required 3 days before arrival

• Cancellation refund percentages apply to the amount received. Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.
