Beautiful place with plenty of room. Didn’t discover the hall 1/2 bathroom until the 3rd day LOL. Kids loved the slide and both kids and adults enjoyed the lazy river. Would definitely stay here again.

Great option for a large group. Huge kitchen and dining areas with great wrap around balcony. AND plenty of seating! Will be back in the future!

Hair in bathroom. Cleaning below par. Ice maker did not work.

Absolutely gorgeous! The beds were comfy and clean. The floor could use a good cleaning, and furniture is getting worn but also very comfy. This was perfect for our family. Pools were all very clean and well taken care of. Beach access was easy. Close to everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!!

Everything about the property was as described. No problems with anything had a great time. Phoenix West is a great place to stay. First time at this particular condo. Gave a 4 for cleanliness only bc some of the floors were a little gritty with sand, but it’s the beach so…not surprising.

This place had a lot of space for 2 families with a total of 10 people. The ages were from 2 up to 41. The beach was beautiful and clean. The pools were nice and great for kids of all ages. We would definitely recommend this to someone else looking for a place to go and stay.

Lots of needs in maintenance department. No big deal but beginning to look uncared for.

Over all our stay was great! The place could be cleaned better. You could tell the floor hasn’t been mopped in a while. It just needs some TLC

Our best friends family and our family stayed here for about a week. Best trip. Close to everything but not in the crowded beach areas. Condo was perfect for 9. Views were spectacular!

Great space and layout for our group of two couples and 6 kids. Kitchen is well equipped and the view from the main living area/patio is great! Floors need a deep cleaning and mattresses are ready for an upgrade.

The property was nice. However, there were some things that did go wrong. The a/c unit had a clogged runoff and a dirty filter and required maintenance while we were there. The unit entry did get flooded a bit. The realtor was quick to address it, but simple maintenance of the unit it could have been avoided completely. The service date of the last filter change was 2016. It was written in the unit. Most of the furnishes were worn and could use a refresh. Kitchen utensils were all mismatched pots and pans were burnt and unusable. The toilet paper fixture fell off the wall. The strangest thing was the floor outlets in every room were all raised above the floor level and we all hurt our feet at one point or another tripping over them as they were in the path where you would walk. Very odd. The location of the unit was ideal and we did not let any of this dampen our stay. However, the unit could really use some TLC.

Beautiful condo with 5 star views . Everyone enjoyed their time on the beach an pools . Great area for dining out without having a long drive..

The unit could definitely use some upgrades but the views from the balcony made up for it! Very easy beach access but rent your beach chairs for the week, the first day you arrive if you want the front row. We had an amazing time and would definitely rent this unit again!

Property was perfect! Problems with air conditioning one day and it was fixed promptly. Beautiful view. Easy access. Very well maintained. Very comfortable for 10 people.
