Very Spacious and comfortable. Host was very attentive to our request. Great location and View, woth direct access to the beach, indoor pool and the fitness center.

Outdoor furniture definitely needs replacing.

The condo is in the perfect location for those who want to go straight from their car to the condo. Centrally located on the 5th floor made it an easy stay for those of us who hate stairs. The bed mattresses were womderful on all 4 beds...not just the master. Having 4 full bathrooms was also a treat!

Needs good cleaning! Refrigerator smelled of fish both frig and freezer had to get vinegar and baking soda to get most of smell out. Dust everywhere and floors had to be cleaned. Was a little disappointed as we had friends that had not stayed at Phx before as we have stayed at several over the years

Perfect place to stay in Orange Beach. The unit was perfect! The view was amazing! Very spacious condo and well maintained! The garage being steps outside the door is a HUGE benefit. This will be my go to place next time we come to Orange Beach! Thank you!!

This was by FAR the best stay of our life!!!! Loved every minute of being at this condo!

My stay was great! The condo was well equipped and clean. I had a question regarding the TV service and White Shores Realty, the property manager, sent someone out immediately and made sure the TV worked properly. While he was there, he checked other areas, lights etc. to make sure everything was in perfect working condition. I appreciated their service.

The property location is awesome. The property itself was good. If your tall and like firm mattresses this place is for you. Balcony has great views of the beach and gulf. We mostly spent out time on the patio playing dominos and listening to the surf. Property Manger requires a lot of extra stuff that I hadn't had to do with other properties. Maybe its something new with everyone. They didn't answer question specifically about the property such as what kind of coffee maker they have which is a regular brew pot, not a Keurig type maker.

Condo was a little dated and needed some upgraded furniture but loced convenience to parking and eleators etc.

Toaster is broken. Towels and sheets could use updating. Only 3 odd wine glasses. Kitchen is not really equipped for very much cooking. Cutlery needs replacing. Very few cereal spoons. Wine cooler won’t cool below 47 degrees. Roach bug in hallway. A chair in the living room smelled smoky. 5th floor was good. Straight in from garage was very convenient. Other than these minor things, we enjoyed our trip.

Perfect property for a family. Beach, pool, lazy river and slide. Something for everyone
