Great one bedroom condo. Walk to downtown Palm Springs!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and well situated in the development (some stairs requited for access). The space was small, but adequate. Kitchen/bathroom both well stocked with necessities (beyond expectations). Very comfy king bed. The pool area was fantastic... sun and shade and lots of loungers. Easy walk to groceries, shopping and restaurants. The only negative was traffic noise.

Location is perfect. Walking distance to all downtown. Condo was clean and neat. AC was super noisy when starting. Shower was really slow to drain, so you were standing in water. The pool is in need of maintenance. There was algae on the walls, tile was full of scale and the bottom needs refinishing. I'd be mad at the HOA if i owned a unit there. All in all not bad for the price considering we booked late on a holiday weekend.

The host was responsive when we told him about the condition of the rugs (filthy) but he left the old rug rolled up by the door after replacing it with a new (clean) one. We were disappointed that other aspects of the unit (pots, pans, drawers not properly aligned) were un-cared for. Overall the unit was not as clean as we had hoped. It is in a great location but needs lots of updating.

The host was responsive to a problem that arose. Overall the condo is comfortable. It could use a facelift for sure. The location is great if you want to be close to downtown Palm Springs.

The location is great. Very walkable. The communication with the property managers was good.The condition of the condo is very lackluster. One of the burners on the stove does not work. The kitchen is very disorganized. Not set up in an orderly fashion. The cabinets have chipping paint. Needs a refresh. The same goes for the bathroom. A new vanity is needed. The current one is very old with stains in the drawers. The bathmat looked very dirty. Slow drain in the sink. The bed was very comfortable, but pillows need changed out. The carpet in the bedroom had several stains on it.The throw rug in the living area was very dark and dingy with one corner turned up. It is a tripping hazard. Overall it did not feel like a clean unit. I would not stay here again.

Although unit was a little dated, it was exceptionally clean and perfect for our needs. Location was great and close to downtown Palm Springs. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Jon was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again when visiting Palm Springs.

We love this complex and we have loved this unit three times and our trip next year is booked. Great location. Walk anywhere downtown for dinner, shopping, and Thursday street fest. Complex is lovely. Pool area fantastic. Well stocked condo and comfortable king size bed.

The apartment is a bit shabby. The bedroom carpet is filthy and the shower door is corroded and rusted. The bathroom sink’s drain needs to be cleaned out.

Convenient location to downtown. We walked a lot while we were there.

We enjoyed our stay in this condo during Modernism Week in Palm Springs. It was very clean and was centrally located which made getting to events easy. We had excellent communications with the host and checking in was very straightforward. Everything worked well and we had no problems. The only thing I would mention is it's on the 3rd floor. There's an elevator to the 2nd floor of the building. You have to walk up 10+ steps to get to the front door.

Clean, affordable & close to all the shopping & Nightlife. Highly recommended!

Cute, comfortable oasis in the desert. The host was very communicative and the instructions were all very clear.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Space was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was really nice and very quiet. Easy walk to restaurants and grocery stores (about 7 min walk to downtown). Would definitely stay here again.
