Great Location with Easy Access to All the Area's Activities!

Great location to the hill and also perfectly situated between Petoskey and Harbor Springs.

Bob and Hazel's place was in a perfect location for our family's ski weekend getaway. The space was comfortable and clean. Our son loved the board games and movies and we watched one of my husband's childhood favorites. Coffee and toiletries were not provided (totally fine, we've just gotten spoiled on other trips and therefore forgot to pack our own, so this is just a heads up for planning purposes).

Convenient location to Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Kitchen had all the dishes and utensils needed, beds were comfortable, nice backPorch with table and chairs, hosts friendly and responsive. Downside was it really needs a good cleaning, especially the upstairs bathrooms.

This was one of the most well-equipped condos we have stayed in. The kitchen was great for cooking breakfast and everything in the condo was comfortable. The location was terrific.

Finding fall from Florida was a success. The say trips were easy drives and the hospitality was exceptional.

We were looking for a rental with 2 bedrooms with adjoining private baths. Hazel's place was the perfect solution. Situated half-way between Petoskey and Harbor Springs, this condo sits very close to road that connects the two towns. The space was clean and inviting. Although there is no central air, each room has a portable air conditioner. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with the basics. There was no soap or shampoo in the showers, but once we bought those supplies we were all set for a great weekend.

In town for a wedding -and we also ride bikes so loved being right on the bike path ! Location is great right between Petoskey and Harbor Springs !!

Pros: Cute place. We were comfortable staying here. Location was convenient when we wanted to visit Harbor Springs, Charlevoix and Mackinac Island. Cons: Surfaces seemed to be wiped off, but we began to notice cobwebs in the corners, dead bugs, and dust accumulated if you happened to move something. Not nasty dirty, just needs a deep clean.

Everything as expected. A smooth experience. Enjoyed that we were so close to a State park with its access to Lake Michigan.

It was a great location, close to where we wanted to visit. We were not a fan of the portable air conditioners, very noisy and made it cramp in the small bedroom. There was plenty of supplies there. Need to have a larger tv in the living room.

Loved the location. Well stocked for our 2 night stay. Great time, just too short!!:-)

Very well-stocked and very clean two-floor condo within walking/biking distance of Petoskey state park. Would be delighted to stay there again.

It was exactly what we needed for our stay in Petoskey. Very clean and comfortable. Even though it was close to the road it was very quiet.

Perfect location between Petosky and Harbor Springs. Close to anything you need recreationally or practically. Host thought of a lot of extras and provided good communication. Bring your own shower supplies. Could use a deep cleaning, but acceptable for this clean mouse. I would gladly rent again.

Great location for us! Quiet area. Hosts have an abundance of supplies! I always bring things but didn’t have too! Plenty of towels, comfy beds and pillows. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Condo was also clean and cozy.

This cute condo is nicely decorated and was just the right size for our family. Note that the second bedroom does not also have a futon; it’s just a queen bed. The location was perfect - a short walk to the beach at Petoskey State Park. We found it to be lacking in cleanliness; I wiped down the interior of the fridge as well as the master shower myself and washed some dishes and surfaces in the kitchen. It wasn’t a deal breaker a it just didn’t match our expectations; overall we enjoyed our stay.

Overall my impression of the property is negative. Not very clean, hair & dead ants on the all the bathroom floors and some on the floor in the living room by the table lamp. Unit could use some overall cleanup & remodeling. No soap & shampoo provided so bring your own. Luckily we did. Good location & quiet are the positives.

What a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend.

We had a great time visiting the area. The beaches were great. The residence was clean and comfortable. Mosquitos were pesky.

The condo was nice and tidy and very close to things. We stayed for our son’s soccer tournament and it was very close to the fields which was very convenient.

Enjoyed staying here for a family wedding in Petosky. Close to anything you needed. Only complaint is the street this townhouse is located is very hard to see at night. Need a sign or arrow or something. Would rent again.

Very well equipped and clean condo. Its location is perfect for skiing at Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nub - you get there in 10 mins or less. Close to Petoskey Brewing Company. Lots of pots and pans in the kitchen.

Very comfortable stay for 5 of us. Close to both petoskey and harbor springs.

Well equipped, Tv's confusing, remotes batteries had not been operational in years most in living room leaking acid reported to owners. Furniture and beds not very comfortable, (brought my own reclining chair) layout excellent, might stay there again after understanding the layout tv's, better mattress, etc.

The Condo was perfect for what we needed. If we are in this area again we would definitely try to book this condo again.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. We had no reason to notify the hosts since everything was well. Was just my wife and I for 7 days. Highlights: *Beds were excellent in both rooms resulting in excellent sleep. *3 bathrooms, more than adequate. Showers were good! *Biking / Walking trail right outside the door. Took full advantage of that! *Petoskey was close by, lots to do there including many beaches. State park was next door, but we did not visit it with so much to do. *Some good restaurants in Petoskey. *Don't forget the Petoskey stones! *Kitchen was fully furnished, including dishwasher. *Washer / Dryer were nice to have. Not so good things: *Dishwasher is loud, must run it when you are out. *TV was mediocre at best, but we weren't there to watch TV. *More info on local restaurants would be helpful. All in all, it was a great choice and value and would stay here again, maybe next year!

Clean and comfortable just like the listing says. Great location by the State park. This was our second year staying here and wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Hazel is very nice and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit. It was so close to the State Park and had easy bike path access. The unit had all essentials that we needed.

Great location, near the beach and campground! Wish we could stay longer. Wish they allowed dogs.
