The kitchen will allow you to prepare your favorite meals and enjoy them in the dining room or on the private terrace overlooking the sea and the cruise ships.

- Extra guests are not permitted. As an exception, a baby under 2 years old may be accommodated at an additional cost of $250 MXN per night, as the administration considers them an extra guest. The corresponding payment will be processed through Airbnb once the reservation is confirmed. A bath towel and beach towel will be provided for the baby.

- If you need a baby crib or any special item, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance and we will do our best to have it ready for your arrival.

- Our neighbors are very important to us so we ask you to be very respectful and keep the noise down between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.

Smoking is not allowed in any apartment or hallways.
The HOA does not allow animals
