For top entertainment, our condo is only 5 minutes from Branson's famous 76 Music Blvd. This gives you easy access to all of Branson's shows, grocery stores, dining, and outlet shopping. Silver Dollar City is only a little farther via another road with less traffic.

Summer rates are peak season (May 1 - August 31). THE NIGHTLY RATE VARIES depending upon length of stay and time of year. Most of Branson's entertainment starts in March and ends with incomparable Christmas entertainment from November 1 until early January. Trout fishing on the lake is best in the winter and shop any time of the year.

This condo is a second floor unit with no elevator. There is a premium pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room. High speed, secured WiFi/internet access is provided free of charge.
For a low cost getaway, TRY A WINTER ESCAPE to Branson. There are interactive museums, the new aquarium and restaurants and shopping. Also, enjoy the lakes or fish behind the condo from land. The heated indoor pool and outdoor hot tub are open and there is pickleball and golf. Some shows have limited engagements during January or February. Best of all, there are no crowds.
