This is a perfect location if you plan to do things in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg areas. Our family of four was quite comfortable and pleased with our stay, as well as the amenities.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of towels, washcloths, sheets and blankets. It was very close to all the Dollywood attractions. Our family enjoyed the roominess of the place and beauty of the mountains.

This was our favorite place to stay! The view was spectacular and it was close to everything! Will definitely stay again!

The floors under the beds were very dusty, under the couch my sone pulled out dominoes and scrabble pieces along with some old M&M’s. The patio table hadn’t been wiped down and it and was extremely dirty. When coming home in the evenings parking was very tight. It was unfortunate that they didn’t have their out door pool open yet because the weather was beautiful. We ended up leaving a night early and went to a super nice hotel that had an out door pool and nicer amenities.

Nice accommodations! The bathrooms were nice and clean, the area was perfect to get to places in pigeon Forge, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The only downside is parking can get tight during busy times. I will definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our family (kids ages 1.5, 4, 6) because we were close to all the things to do (Dollywood, Anakeesta, The Island, etc), but also had the added benefit of an indoor pool!

The only good thing about this condo was location. It is an older style condo that needs some upgrades. Plus needs a better cleaning. Too many things to mention. Been going to pigeon Forge for for over 10 years and this condo rank close to the bottom.

This place was amazing. My family had an amazing time. Nice and family feeling can’t wait to go back. Highly recommend to anybody. Location is the key and that’s the best spot.

This was a perfect spot for our family of four. The bedrooms felt private, as the walls were thick, and it made for a great sleeping environment for all. We enjoyed the balcony and the beautiful view. It could use a few touch-ups and door handle tightening, and it would also be nice if there were hot pads and salt/pepper, but otherwise, we were very well set up. Management was prompt and communicative. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The condo was really clean, great location, big comfy beds and a huge patio with a nice view of the mountains. We already booked another condo at this location for July since this one was already booked.

This place was absolutely fabulous. Gives a luxury resort feeling. Excellent view from a big balcony. Walk in shower with a jacuzzi type tub for the master bedroom. Kitchen was perfect with everything you need to fix meals. Two bedrooms, two baths, great for couples and couple with kids. Couch is big enough to sleep on if need to. Even had a christmas tree in living room! Located 5 minutes from main boulevard, yet the neighborhood was peaceful & quiet. Elevator access was great. Property manager Stacy was great. Very responsive & wants to keep you satisfied. I simply communicated via texting, when ever needing something, which was very rare, everything was just perfect. Will definitely be staying here again & for a much longer duration.

This condo is close to a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. I received the door code via email shortly before we arrived. We had no problem with check in or check out. The condo had plenty of room for our family and everything was clean. I would definitely recommend this condo!

Really enjoyed staying at this property. It is in a good location and easy to access. The view from the balcony was great. The check in was convenient and the owners kept us informed of everything that we needed to do. We were even able to check in early which was a plus. The place was clean and had everything that we needed. Totally recommend staying there.

We had a great stay in Big Bear. We come down for a football tournament for our son. The condo was perfect for our needs and the location was perfect. Thanks for making our trip that much better.

The location was great for our plans. The roads heading back down were a little tight with the larger vehicles parked in the other rentals. The place could have used a little bit more attention to cleaning and could have used some more coffee/tea cups. Also (and this is petty) a full sized kitchen trash can. It was a waste of a second bag because you couldn't get enough trash in it. We were not a fan of the glass block wall between the bedroom and bath. If you turned the lights on in the bathroom, the bright light shone right into the bedroom. Not good while someone is sleeping. Overall it was a nice place and the people were great to deal with. We would consider staying there again if the need arises.

Lift Your Spirits had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The location was great but the two hairpin inclines were a little scary. Loved the balcony.

The condo is laid out really well for 2 couples and has most anything you could need for your stay but was lacking in a few areas. The guest room bed could use a new mattress or maybe a good topper and there were a few areas throughout the condo that could use some touchups shower curtain rod in the guest bathroom was pretty worn out and rusty and several areas on the walls that needed some repair/touch up paint. But overall the condo was nice and we would stay again. And after traveling with my husbands elderly parents would probably look for something that had some bars/handles around the toilets and showers to help with their peace of mind.
