Great getaway condo with a Breathtaking view!

Perfect place to stay for a single or couple.Beautiful view from the back balcony.Super close to everything, yet felt as if you weren’t in town. Plenty of parking.Will return on my next trip to Oaklawn Park.

Very peaceful getaway! The view was beautiful and the condo was very comfortable! The host was kind and helpful!

Walked into a dirty condo with dust. Behind couch beer caps. No dish rags or towels. Grill was dirty. Toilet kept backing up.fruit flys buzzing around. Back to the toilet it was so low.overhead light did not work. Both celing fans had a inch of dust on it. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also tv in bedroom did not work.

Enjoyed my stay here. The host thought of everything you could possibly need and I appreciated that. The host even supplied a guide to the nearest restaurant and stores. I will definitely stay again

Few overlooked things. Grill inoperable. Television in bedroom inoperable, bedroom light inoperable. Was no direct tv. Was still a nice clean and comfortable place. Would recommend.

This is the perfect little condo for two right on the lake. Beautiful sunrises over the water. Close to Hot Springs National Park. Comfortable bed/pillows.

We stayed 5 nights at this condo. Very clean, great location, easy to get to all the things Hot Springs has to offer. Pool area was great. It had all the basics. I would kindly suggest- more towels, especially in kitchen, darker curtains in bedroom (the sun killed us in the morning and the light from the sign all night). Overall the stay was nice. Price was on point.

It was a great place to stay on the lake. We will be back.

The unit was clean. Everything was as expected and as explained in the listing. I can’t think of anything that we would require differently for next time, and we would stay here again. Our 6 year old loved the pool and wanted to fish off the docks. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We met lovely people at the pool and surrounding areas. The host was quick to answer any questions and concerns. An enjoyable experience all the way around.

Well… Jeff could step up as a host. Instead of 3 unusable skillets, spend 100 get some dishes pillows a small table for patio deck . Your grill is worthless without electrical outlet that works. Check out some other nonworking items, that’s your job as a host. Great location, find another unit in this complex, and stay in it!

We enjoyed the view of the lake. The bed was comfy. The doorknob needs work.

We came to hot springs for a baseball tournament. We wanted something different than a hotel. And this place was perfect. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The WiFi was strong enough that my son could play his Xbox. While my wife and I sat on the patio and enjoyed the view.
