Great First Floor Condo!

This was our second time staying in this immaculate VRBO. The condo is safe, clean, comfortable, and has everything you need.

Great place!! Close to down town. Beautifully decorated. Hosts were very responsive and check in was easy.

It was easy to communicate with the host. The condo is very spacious! The king bed is very comfortable. However, the sofa is not comfortable. Also it would be nice to have access to a broom or vacuum. You must bring your own toiletries! Although we did not bring our dog, we appreciated the dog friendly environment.

Great place in a nice quiet location. We stayed here for ECU family weekend, and it is about 12 minutes to the University. Many stores and food options nearby. Would definitely stay here again! Only downside is the couch in the living room, but the other two lounge chairs were comfy.

We came down for ECU orientation. Perfect place to stay close to college! Extremely clean and lots of space!

My son, daughter and I toured East Carolina University. Mark made are stay very easy. The condo was extremely clean and convenient to restaurants, stores and the University. Mark was extremely responsive to my questions and made check in and out easy. If the beds were a little softer I would have given 5 stars. Overall very nice condo!

This was a special weekend to see our granddaughter in her first play. She was terrific and we were delighted to be able to see her. Location was perfect and accommodations were great!

The condo was perfect for what we needed.

We had a wonderful weekend stay here! The one level condo was perfect for us as we traveled with my elderly mom who can’t do stairs. The host, Mark, was very responsive and always answered our texts immediately! The condo was very clean and beds very comfortable! Would not hesitate to stay here again!

There was a problem with the heating system. The first night it did not get above 63 degrees. Too cold to stay. Fire place did not work. I feel like the costs for the first night should be refunded.

Very nice enjoyable open space

The first-floor condo is tucked in the back of a quiet complex. The location is very convenient to ECU. Spacious and clean. Everything we needed was in the kitchen, and the washer and dryer is new. The owner was accommodating when we needed a late checkout and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This is quickly becoming our first choice whenever we visit Greenville! Great location and price! Hosts were very attentive.

Nicely appointed and very clean! Two full baths was great, as well as having washer & dryer inside the condo. We’ll stay again for sure.

Condo was very clean. Mark, the property owner, promptly responded to my questions and was very accommodating letting us in a bit earlier than check in time as we had an event to close to check in time. The living room furniture wasn’t comfortable but the beds were! I would recommend this property.

We traveled to NC to watch my grandson’s 2 day long baseball tournament and this home was perfect for our stay. We were able to bring our dog which was a bonus! The home was spacious, clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. VERY close to lots of shopping and ECU! The owner was very responsive! I highly recommend this place!
