Great Family Condo - Large condo with 3 bedrooms and a Loft

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location to the mountain is great! We arrived a little early and called to see if we could get in. Our condo was ready for us and the management co told us we could go ahead in, which was a relief! The condo was clean and more than enough kitchen supplies which was nice! Bedding and towels weren’t great. Very thin comforters that weren’t comfortable at all, especially in the winter. The only reason it wasn’t miserable is because for some reason the rooms got soooo hot at night. We all just cracked windows the second night. We definitely needed more towels and washcloths than were provided. BUT the one negative that really bothered me was the mold/mildew on the shower curtain. Eww! The condo did seem clean, but this was gross. All in all I’d stay there again but I’d probably bring some extra bring some bedding and check the showers right away.

Well that was false advertisement! It said 3 TV's and we have 2 and only 1 works! And spectrum coming out next week has nothing to do with my stay today. That won't help this customer right now! Appears to be a lot of excuses and deflection of the problems and not willing to address and help the customer. Since I arrived yesterday from the beginning when I called about face cloths the tone was off. You guys are supposed to be in the business of customer satisfaction and I have not received any apologies for the inconveniences I have had to incur! No one ever showed up to help fix the TV like I was informed someone would! Housekeeping provided me batteries for the remote because they were dead. The housekeeping staff are the only staff that acting with individual responsibility and professionalism and respect for the customer trying to help my situation. This was my first experience dealing with your company and it will be the last. Very subpar service, and my stay has been very disappointing thus far when you expect certain things to be available things that are advertised and things that you pay for and it's not reality. Customer compassion with this company is non existent. I feel I should be compensated in some manner for these inconveniences.Oh by the way no response or apologies for these issues.

Kitchen had everything you need and everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again

Great location, short walk to boyneland lift.

Everything about staying here was easy- great communication from the host on details for the stay & check-in, to the location being awesome for our kids who love the Boyneland lift & run (very short walk there- approx 3 minutes)! The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was very well stocked & easy to navigate. We had a BLAST at Boyne, such an amazing place to ski/vacation! Would stay here again!

We enjoyed our stayed and it was easy to check in and out.
