Stayed Nov 20, 2024the pool was excellent and well heated My wife enjoyed it tremendously.the hot tub had one working but it was separate from the pool areas which was not ideal the unit had a nice view of the water and we enjoyed walking around the area which was very safethe Victorian property itself is pretty run down and could use some updating:)The people at the front desk were exceptionally nice and helpful.

Stayed Oct 9, 2024Fantastic location, close to everything (including next door to Walmart parking lot). Great soundproofing.Studio size kitchen with the basics, including a apartment size dishwasher & oven/stove! Lots of codes for the secured property, so keep those safe & accessable. The elevator was out when we were here, so 2nd floor (technically third floor as the first floor is parking) could be a challenge with anyone with mobility issues. Overall it worked for us!

Stayed May 5, 2024Place is excellent location to everything. Owner/manager responsive to problems . Problems with Air Conditioner turning off while we were inside, promt response but made us check a million things, wish they would have just sent services instead of taking up so much of our time trying to figure out. We finally gave up and just kept resetting thermostat. Otherwise perfect.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024Property is as listed. Right on Seawall, so cross one intersection to hit Babes Beach. Nice pool. Condo itself was cute and quaint. Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Personal ice maker was a huge plus for my family.
