Grandview 640 Presidential Suite on Lake Chelan

The location is absolutely perfect and that off set how dated the property is. Both the building and grounds as well as the unit itself were dated and worn.

Great location in Chelan. Walking distance to almost everything.

Well laid out and equipped for 8 people.we were a bit concerned about wires hanging out on the balconey. The balconey was scary for us as there was a gap under the barrier that looked like our 16 month old could slip under a bit. We didnt test out the theory. Everything else was great, we really enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed the view but the unit needs some work. The ice maker didn’t work and maintenance never showed after we asked them to come. The kitchen sink faucet needs fixing. The top rack of the dishwasher is broken.

Very happy to have some of our kids and grandkids for this vacation, our first in more than a decade with us all together. There were a few issues in our President's suite (8 people there, so needed a big space). The dining room table was wobbly, the drawer under the stove was difficult to close or close straight, the top rack of the dishwasher was dipping down when pulled out and the fireplace insert fell out on one of the grandbabies. Maintenance was very nice and lent me an allen wrench so I fixed the table pretty easily. They ordered what they needed for the oven and dishwasher and secured the fireplace insert temporarily before doing a more in depth fix after our departure. The guys were great, very nice. Unresolved issue from our arrival was someone following us into the parking lot and telling us to hurry up and park as we had stopped at the entrance briefly to chat with family who was exiting. The person behind us had to wait a few seconds (probably 2 - 3 seconds) for us to pull in and then he was telling my husband you think you are a tough guy? come talk to me like a man because he was upset with our cautious driving in a large truck. Waiting to hear back from Management on this as he was the Security Guard at the condo and the Police were involved.

The beds were comfortable and the room clean! One thing to note! spiders were in the rooms and we didn’t like seeing them on beds ? so might want to spray soon! Would totally stay again though!!

The unit was very clean and comfortable. It would be helpful if there were extra towels since it is a three bedroom. Also recommend having accurate bed descriptions. One bedroom has a double bed, not a queen and this was an issue for our guests. Overall a nice stay.

We loved our room. Great view right off the balcony. We will definitely be back!

The property was clean, if a little dated. Fine for a girls weekend at Chelan.

It was very nice and big. We had seven people and had plenty of room. Would stay again nice property right on the lake.
