Stayed Sep 25, 2025This place was amazing!!! Right on the water with a beautiful view of the lit up bridge at night, beautiful and clean rooms, and a super short walk right over the bridge into town. The lovely young woman who helped us at check-in was amazing and even was willing to stay late when we called saying we weren’t sure if we’re gonna get there on time. Our only complaint was that they stopped heating the pool this time of year it appears because it was ice cold and the hot tub was only lukewarm or so, but we will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Stayed Feb 14, 2025The rug in the living room is badly wrinkled and a tripping hazard. The TV is laggy and outdated. The heater/AC in the bedroom rattles and is noisy. Nothing that would prevent us from coming back. Just little observations. Thank you for the stay

Stayed Jun 19, 2024We have stayed at the Grandview many times and this time was such a bummer. The pool was colder than the lake, the hot tub was cold, and the slide was broken. We spoke with many other guests who were disappointed as well. We reached out to the management company and they were not very helpful. We have little kids and would have really appreciated the heads up that the slide was broken. They said it wont be back up until October if at all. The unit was ok but was overshadowed by the lack of maintenance at the pool area.

Stayed May 16, 2024Had an amazing view, proximity to down town and local trails couldn't have been better. The condo was perfect, the murphy bed was a nice surprise, not to mention it was comfortable, washer and dryer was an added bonus and the front desk personnel were amazing. Definitely will be back.
