Grandview 616 Waterfront condo on Lake Chelan

Nice.

We had an awesome experience with the room everything worked well with no faculties. The location was great with it being right next to the bridge and having a trail next to it. The spa was really fun with the mini water fall. Overall we had a great experience, with the hotel staff helping us out a lot.

Good location, view, and pool. Limited in room amenities including no clothing storage or indoor dining area. Unit could have used bar stools and hangers and would have been perfect.

Great check in and experience being lake front with patio and grassy area with lounge chairs, picnic table and patio dining set. Just about 20' from back patio to water. Great view from inside. Only problem was the small AC unit that had trouble cooling the back bedroom. Needed to really crank it up and use the fan in bedroom to keep my daughter from overheating.

second time staying in this room and it's everything you need. A bit disappointed in the property itself...No monitoring of guests by the pool - Mexican Families playing their music LOUD and Proud. Electric Bikes using the upper parking into the street as jumping ramps - almost got nailed and was not happyWe love this place, but after the Holiday it appears there are no rules to be followed by unruly guests.

There was absolutely no air conditioning to the bedroom….the neighbors above us stomped from midnight till 1:30…just awful!

This is a great location to walk into town. It is an older, but very clean property. The walls are extremely thin. The unit itself is fine if you don’t plan on gourmet cooking/eating-there isn’t an indoor table/chairs nor counter stools. There isn’t a dresser for your clothes. Yes, a small closet w/a luggage rack. A broom or swiffer would be nice to clean the floors. The sofa & TV are nice. WiFi was fine.

A great getaway weekend

Overall, we definitely enjoyed out stay. I will say, that the listing advertises a breakfast bar, and dining inside and out. However, there are no stools at the breakfast bar, and there isn't a table for dining inside. Since we went in November, it was a bit too chilly to eat every meal outside. Perhaps at least some TV trays would have been helpful. And they mean it when they provide salt and pepper. If you want a basic seasoning, plan to bring your own Johnny's. Also, there were a lot of leaves being blown around outside, which of course is fine, but there wasn't a broom in the condo. So, we did have a good amount of leaves that were tracked in during our stay. We did have some issues with the dryer starting and had to reset the fuse box a few times during our stay. But overall, the couch was comfy, bed was comfy, kitchen functional.... and it's cute. Great location, and any issues would likely be non-issues during the warmer months.

We enjoyed the stay and the condo was very clean and well appointed. Everything we needed. Close to dining, wineries amenities, etc. The grounds are immaculate and the views are spectacular. Can’t wait for our next visit

5 stars all the way. This room is very comfortable and access to everything downtown Chelan. The Pool was great and what a bonus having a Bar there too. Not alot of kids and perfect time of the year to go. I will be back for sure.

Really amazing location and nice property. Its a short walk to town and right on the water. Great for paddleboarding.

Great stay

The pool was cold and so was the hot tub. The slide was broken the entire time we were there. Very disappointing. Front desk acted annoyed when I asked about it. Room was great.
