Grandview 542 Executive Waterfront condo

Bed was dirty and hair ball on mattress. Kitchen was not functionable, so you cannot cook in the kitchen

Location is great. View is unbeatable. Condo condition is just OK - well used.

Loved that it was walking distance from every thing we planned to do that weekend.

The unit location was fabulous. The only reason we gave 3 stars for overall rating is because of the bed and couch being very uncomfortable.

Location is perfect! View is amazing and unit is clean and taken care of! Whole family was impressed and stated that would not hesitate to come back.

This is a very nice 2-bdr apartment with a fantastic view of Lake Chelan. The kitchen is large and well furnished and the dining room faces the lake. There is also a balcony from which you can enjoy the view of the lake. Downtown Chelan can be reached in a couple of minutes by walking from the front of the complex and if you cross the street you can also take a promenade around the lake's outlet that represents the start of the Chelan River. A Safeway is a few minutes away too. The property also has a number of grills spread out around it. I can hardly imagine a better location to stay in Chelan.

Check in process was easy, condo has great views of lake and mountains from living room window. Few minor things were missing like basic food ingredients, hand soaps gone bad, had to ask for replacement, blankets were less in winters . Heaters were making noises and not effective in winters. Hence 4.5 out of 5.

The property was in a great location and perfect for our needs!

Really enjoyed staying here in the winter. We had gorgeous views of snow capped hills that surround the lake. Perfect walking distance into town. Pretty quiet this time of year.

Great girls weekend stay during the off-season. Walk to almost everything from this in-town location and river-walk loop trail is right across the street. Could not get any closer to the lake and this 4th floor unit was private and very quiet in late April. During the height of the summer season, it will get quite noisy with lots of motorized lake activities. This unit was particularly roomy (over 1,000 sq/ft) and had a great dining table for crafting and games and comfortable deck furniture. Since both bedrooms are on the complex's hallway side, it's quiet with not much foot traffic going by it. Would choose this unit again, but only during the off-season.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second time I stayed in unit 542. Once again, the unit was perfect. Very clean, plenty of towels, sheets and blankets. We did use the one of the sofa beds, and it was very comfortable. The unit description was spot on. Brittany at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful. Maintenance came right up when we had a slight issue with one of the TV remotes. Kudos to all of them. I would definitely stay at Grandview again.
