Grandview #530 - The GrandView – Lake View 530 Executive condo is a premier waterfront condo featuring commanding views of the crystal clear waters of Lake Chelan and spectacular Eastern Washington sunsets. This third-floor condo is beautifully decorated in warm rich tones, finished with cherry woods, touches of stainless steel, tile and granite.  Entertaining is easy in the spacious kitchen complete with a large island and stainless-steel appliances.  

This 2-bedroom,2-bathroom condo sleeps up to 6 comfortably in 1174 square feet. Enjoy a king bed in the private master bedroom with a luxury en-suite bath, a queen bed in a second private bedroom, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living area. The Executive 2-bedroom condos are ~280 square feet larger than a typical 2-bedroom condo.

The pool is seasonal and weather dependent. We try to have it open from early May to early October, but dates may vary based on weather.

Upon arrival you will be required to register all guests and cars as well as sign a registration form. If you are under the age of 25 at the time of your reservation, you will also be required to sign a liability form agreeing to our underage policy. Both forms state that any noise complaints, mischievous activity, disrespect of staff and/or other guests or not following property rules will result in immediate eviction with zero refund.

Lake access varies depending on the season, the lake is generally high enough to access starting mid-June and starts to drain around October. There is year-round beach access 200' from the property at the Ranger Station.

    The property is a 2 star motel at best, for the price of 5 star spa hotel. Bedrooms’ windows are located at the back of the property and looking at internal corridor and elevator. So, no sound insulation from 2AM partying crowd. ACs in the rooms have a sound of a flying helicopter. The pool is tiny and muddy. The entire building has been built generations ago and never renovated since, only layers over layers of paint that is falling down in places. The only positive things I can say about the property are: view from living room is fantastic, the location is great, room inside were clean and ready, but that’s it. Might be ok for overnight stay if you are passing by, but not for that price!

    The property was very well maintained, large with lots of room to stretch out. The view from the dinning room and living room is spectacular. It is a close walk to town, stores and restaurants. We will be going back in the near future.

    The property is well maintained and located conveniently near town. Walking distance to most things, short drive or shuttle to wineries. The condo is well equipped and clean. Beds are very firm, pool area is great. Would stay here again.

    We were blown away with the view from this unit. It was the highlight of our trip waking up on the water sipping our coffee and doing some yoga. super awesome little break away to recharge and the unit was just perfect for our small group. great walking distance DT and super easy checkin/out. parking was totally a breeze too (off season).
