Grandview 528 2 Bedroom Waterfront condo

We rented an expensive room. The view is gorgeous. The view and the pool are very important to me. But in the evening they closed the hot tub. And in the morning they closed the entire pool with the slide. We specifically chose this hotel, I think it is not cheap. But unfortunately the pool simply did not work and our stay was spoiled by this. The manager promised to compensate, but we are waiting for now. In general, the hotel is clean, the staff is all polite, the view and location are excellent. But we were not 100% satisfied. We could have rented a much cheaper hotel without a pool.

My family and I have been going to Chelan for 10+ years. This unit was a dump. Absolute dump. I spent more time fixing items than enjoying the view. The kitchen was a joke. If you are resting this unit with the idea of cooking. Don’t. The lust of things needing replaced are too numerous to list on o

Rooms weren’t ready for us and guest by the time stated. Many chairs or spots outside were taken by guest who weren’t staying at the hotel. Staff was kind and helpful throughout our time. No cleaning supplies provided so we needed to guy buy our own for our stay.

The views from this property and the amazing deck make this a place we would love to come back during warmer weather. A patio heater would make it nicer for cooler months. Also a book for guests so they know the procedures and how to use the fireplace as the front desk didn't know when we asked. The arrow down button is broken on the TV remote in the living room and this made it very hard to use. Front desk didn't have solution. The A/C unit sounded like an airplane and the fan wouldn't stop running even when we turned the unit off so we had to unplug them. Fantastic location for walking to town.

Repeat visitor and will be back again. Great location, love the corner unit. Just enough space for us! Could be bit cleaner, but we do love the location of unit and the complex overall. We've never used the pool, and doubt we would. Has never looked very clean, sadly. But - for our purposes, we will definitely come back again.

Had a great stay in chelan with family. The room was great! Very clean,Had beautiful view of the lake. Our room had everything you would need. Kitchen stocked with everything for cooking. Felt like home. Love that they have a washer and dryer especially traveling with kids. Makes life easier!

We were in Chelan for a family wedding and our stay was enhanced by location and plenty of space for everyone.

Great place to stay!

We loved this property, the location, amenities and views were everything we wanted and needed. The only thing lacking is communication with the property manager. I reached out twice to confirm specific amenities (iron and coffee maker) and received no response. There was also no information on the check in process so I reached out again via phone and was told “I don’t know, contact the grand view” and hung up on. If I were the owners I would be looking into switching property managers as they are a very poor representation of your property.

We were disappointed that the building was under construction and the pool was closed. the room itself was clean, functional and just like we saw on the website. An amazing view off the balcony and even just sitting in the living room.
