Location was everything! Walking distance to town, restaurants and lake!

Great shop to enjoy a weekend getaway or a longer vacation. Nice extras with the property. Super soft towels a perk. Ice machine available.

Everything was good, the only issue was pool was closed and I know they said it was seasonal but I feel they should have disclosed that somewhere

This was our first trip to Lake Chelan and we fell in love. The location and view from the property was beautiful and amazing. Check in was very easy and the property was clean. We had no issues while we stayed. There were plenty of towels, pillows, and coffee! The only recommendation I would make would be to put the smart TV that is in the bedroom out in the living area so guests can watch whatever they would like instead of cable only. We will definitely come stay again!

Property location is 5* without doubt. the unit was clean and kitchen had bare essentials. Unit was in need of some updating as hard surfaces looked well loved and past their glory. Back bedroom has no door, no window and no a/c or air movement of any kind. The weekend we stayed the upper parking lot was being redone so closed. Parking was awful and navigating the property was a bit difficult with lots of exits/entrances closed. And the elevators we had to us was nasty! Took the stairs to avoid.... Hoping they're just behind on spring clean up and this will be all done by peak season.

We enjoyed our stay. So walkable to town. And snowy activities are only 20-30 min away.

Clean. Organized. Charming condo. Great view of the lake and prime location close to town. I highly recommend Chelan in the winter months. It’s spectacular and quiet!

If you have a vehicle you must go a bit of a distance to get to the hotel due to a new one way bridge. The view was amazing and the room had everything a person needs as far as dishes etc.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed for a conference and was quite unhappy with a few things. The pricing for maid or towel service is not appropriate for someone who may need an extra bar of soap or a fresh cleanup after being there for three night. The fitness center is old and it is unsafe. Anyone can access that area from the street and if someone is on the treadmill, their back is to the door. Finally, when the employee wrote my internet code, the letters were illegible and when I asked about it the next day, I was treated like I was an idiot for not being able to read it.
