GrandView 200 - Luxury Waterfront condo

The view is amazing but that’s about the only positive. The room was very dusty, the property wasn’t kept up and is in dire need of an update. The elevator smelled of urine, the walkways were full of debris and stains. Not to mention there is an ice maker down on the main level with a sign on it that says “out of order” and it’s dated 2017. Also There is no restroom down by the pool area, which is inconvenient.

GrandView staff were helpful and kind, flexible with checkout as well without charging us for a small amount of extra time. The room was exactly as listed. Comfy bedding with good blackout curtains. Loved the coffee/tea bar inside the GrandView lobby. Excellent view of Lake Chelan from our room by the fireplace while being within 5 minutes of walking distance to downtown Chelan. Value was pretty good but not great — it’s always on the pricey side when staying in Chelan, even in winter (summer it is obviously much worse). Thank you to all who helped make this trip possible!

As a family of 4 with 2 small kids, this was a convenient, comfortable stay.

The pool sides need to brushed to remove all algae that is sitting in it. When you rub your fingers on it all the green moss and algae fall to the bottom of the pool. So it’s not clean, that’s gross. Also paid for an extra parking spot for $100 for 4 days two of the days no parking g spots open.

Here's the shortest version I can provide. The unit we originally reserved was not available after changing our time frame. The unit we checked into on arrival had a severely damaged refrigerator that had been smashed repeatedly by the previous guest, yet the Owner/Property Manager felt this acceptable to rent out anyway. We asked to for another room which we were provided. The new room had a fake fireplace which was pulling out of the wall. One of the two wine glasses we were about to use was cracked but left in the room. Overall the property is tired, run down and in need of a complete refurbishment. The photos provided on the site were horribly misrepresented of the actual condition of the units. We would never stay here again under any circumstances nor recommend it to anyone.

Great property with the benefits of a hotel. Walking distance to downtown. Condo was very comfortable with a full kitchen making in easy to be on vacation and still isolate from large crowds.

Great location, clean property, polite staff. This was our first time in Chelan, the property was super conveniently located and with great facilities. Good pool and great lake access. I will definitely look at this property as a first option on our next trip!
