Grand Victorian Condo, 3 Bedroom, Located On The Beach

Everything was fantastic. We've stayed in this unit before & always enjoy .

Property was perfect for us - great location, across from the arcade with walk on access to the beach. Small but clean indoor pool (5’ deep). The place was clean and balcony had good seating. AC worked great and nice to have two full bathrooms and a washer dryer. Several things could be a little better - 1) king bedroom the blinds were all broken and there were no drapes. A bit of a drag having light shine through. We also had to purchase toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning stuff, hand and dish soap, paper towels, etc. they just seemed to “supply” whatever other guests left. Given the nightly rate, we would have expected to not have to purchase those things. That was the only minor item but it was a great place and we hope to go back!!

The condo location was great, the furnishings were okay, but the cleanliness when we moved in was lacking. We found used bath towels hanging up behind doors, refrigerator shelves needed to be cleaned, microwave inside was not clean, and both couches were very dirty underneath the cushions.

Very roomy and comfortable. Great location.

Family vacation. Lovely condo and owner great to work with. Sitting on the balcony sipping coffee was the best to start your day. Check in and out went very easily. We loved it.

We had three generations here for a week. My two adult children with spouses and children were well accommodated. The condo was spacious enough that we weren't crowded or forced to spend every minute together, but had all the amenities to enjoy family meals and movies together when we wanted to. The view over the amusement park was so much fun for people-watching, and the perfect spot for viewing the Thursday night fireworks. Access to the beach was easy, and the beach was clean with plenty of space. Grocery store is a 1/2 mile walk, drug store even closer with all the expected beach shops and restaurants in between. I can't find a single negative thing to say about our stay.

We stayed for a week in August 2022 with 3 families - kids 2,4, and 6. Location was great. We had plenty of room. Loved the property and would recommend. Could hear some noise from outside during busy days on the weekend but soundproofing in the unit is very impressive.

We love it there. Large space, close to EVERYTHING. a couple of great bars/food in the same square. Bills Pizza around the corner. We spent a lot of time sitting on the deck, people watching and listening to the live guitar music at “Mystic” down the street. Parking was easy and all of the staff there was great ! 5+ Stars!!!

This property was everything we needed! It had 3 huge bedrooms, 2 full baths , open concept kitchen/dining and living room. A balcony from living room and one bedroom where you could sit/relax and look out at the Ocean/Pier but also the Amusement/Arcade area. We had a wedding in Portland for part of our stay and it was a quick 30 minutes away. So convenient. What we really enjoyed was the fact that We really never had to leave OOB as Everything was right there! Amazing unit, indoor pool if rainy day, Beautiful beach, restaurants, shops and Pier/Park. You never have to Drive unless you wanted too! There was Something for Every Age Group! We will definitely book again for next summer. Our host and her daughter were very nice to work with and answered any questions. We would highly recommend ! Thank you! Cheryl

The condo was beautiful clean and amazing. He was hesitant about the noise but it was very quiet in the condo. I hope to come back next year
