Stayed Nov 23, 2024Cozy, clean stay. Fully stocked kitchen makes for great takeout. The pool was also a great warming experience in the midst of snowy weather. Would stay here again.

Stayed Jan 6, 2024We come to Grand Timbers ofter and enjoy staying there. Their shuttle is convenient to use. Their customer service is good if you have any needs. However, upon checkout their were some outstanding fees that the condo host had not paid. Since Grand Timbers could not get in touch with the host that moment or within a few hours they charged my credit card because it was the one on file. That is totally unacceptable, holding my credit card hostage. The host did return their call later that evening and paid the fee. Consequently, they reversed the charge to my credit card. They certainly did not give the host a reasonable amount of time to respond. Grand Timbers customer service upon checkout and 2 follow up phone calls was unacceptable. While they kept their composure while speaking to me, it was what they said that was unacceptable. Basically, if the host doesn't pay we will charge you, because we have your credit card number on file and not his. Rude and unacceptable!

Stayed Nov 19, 2021We have stayed at this resort for the past three years and it never disappoints! The units are spacious with a fantastic well equipped kitchen. The hotel itself is fantastic from the outdoor hot tubs, to the complimentary shuttle, to the nearby walking trails and ski areas. Great for families!
