Grand Luxxe Nuevo Vallarta 3BR/3BA Spa Suite

My wife and I joined my brother and sister-in-law to celebrate their anniversary. Grand Luxxe Vidanta is an amazing 5 star resort property with world class accommodations and fabulous dining options. David is a responsive host and the 3B/3B condo is absolutely amazing.

We are familiar with Vidanta and enjoyed the resort immensely. The unit we rented was very nice and allowed for both socialization and privacy. The unit was spacious. Service was excellent. There were a few items which required service requests, such as burned out light bulbs and stained carpets. Overall, we had a very enjoyable time at this resort and in this unit.

Our family had an incredible week-long vacation at the Grand Luxxe during Christmas week 2017. This was our first visit to Vidanta on a recommendation of a friend and we could not have enjoyed ourselves more. We are a family of four, parents, kids ages 7 and 10, and grandparents. The spa unit itself was immaculate - clean, well kept, spacious. The patios make you never want to leave the room. We were on the 5th floor in Tower 4 facing the new executive golf course. While the grounds are spread out, after a day or two you get the hang of where you need to go and how you need to get there. Golf carts are easily accessible and you rarely wait very long for a ride. All of our meals were spectacular, especially the breakfast buffet. The pools and beach were a lot of fun. Spa and the golf course were also highlights. A few tips. Make sure in the weeks leading up to your trip, you contact the concierge and book dinner reservations in advance. We were warned, but we did not do this, mainly because sometimes it is hard to decide when and where you want to eat before you are actually at the property and get your bearings. As a result, our concierge was not able to book us for dinner most of the nights we were there. (This was the only negative during our entire trip. The concierge was essentially useless. When he tried to book dinner reservations and failed, he had no other options for us. Simply told us to try a few restaurants that were walk in but, once we arrived, we were told that there is no such thing. We also asked him for bottled water to be delivered to our room, something he said he could do for us very easily. We ordered it, but it never showed up. We stopped talking to him from that point on. It wasn't a huge problem, you can book your own reservations, golf tee times, spa reservations, schedule bellman for your departure, etc. from your phone.) I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable getaway.

Great unit in an excellent resort.

Unit was gorgeous and impeccable. Staff was incredibly kind and always trying to be of service. Beach was clean and large for walking. Food was great. Convenient bracelets, never need to carry your wallet or key. The resort is very large so have to get around by golf carts. Be prepared for walking as the carts do not go everywhere. Went at the height of spring break and even though it was full it never felt crowded. Never waited for a table as long as you had a reservation. Usually got decent pool chairs even though we arrive late. DO NOT DO THE TIMESHARE PRESENTATION. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful place to stay. The grounds were incredible. The room was spacious clean and the view amazing. Everyone was kind friendly helpful and did the best to make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this to friends and family. Outstanding
