Grand Junction Condo: Balcony, Community Pool!

The unit is located in an apartment complex and centrally located to services. Parking space specifically for the unit is an added feature. Very comfortable bed. The only issue we had was regulating the hot water in the shower. When showering, the temperature would gwt very hot intermittently

Perfect for a parents weekend

Property is in central Grand Junction and a short drive to anywhere in town. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean

The home was well staged beds were comfortable.

Very nice, clean apartment! New or nearly new kitchen appliances. Fairly nice living room furniture, nice big screen TV. (I found it hard to operate but I’m old lol) instructions for the air conditioning were clear.AT&T phone signal was very poor.

This 2/2 was perfect for our small family of 3. My son is 10 and loved sleeping in the bunk beds. Also, he enjoyed swimming in the huge community pool. The condo had a variety of coffee to select from, S&P, and the kitchen was properly equipped with everything you would need to cook. Bring quarters to do laundry at the community laundry room. I would stay there again.

The property had everything we needed and was in a great location for our travels.

Immaculately clean, attractive, and comfortable apartment. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, extra linens, and toiletries. Great location in Grand Junction.

We were so happy to find such a lovely,Clean and well organized place.We especially loved the balcony for morning coffee. The coffee and tea selection were particularly good.

We enjoyed our stay in Grand Junction. Everything in the Condo was adequate, and the extra special touches were thoughtful. The linens, towels, and bedding were top quality, and all the amenities worked.

I enjoyed my stay! EVERYTHING inside this condo was perfect and provided. There was t anything this owner forgot to provide. I’d stay here again.

We stayed at this property for 3 nights, mostly just for a place to sleep. The neighborhood was quiet, parking right outside the complex door. We had a little issue with the hot water, but the owner made it right. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a very nice day. The unit was very clean and very comfortable and very well appointed. It was in a great location close to the university and downtown as well as the national monument and other areas of interest. The only downfall was that the hot tub, which we were looking forward to using was green. The property manager said that she would notify the HOA to have that addressed. Otherwise a great trip!

This place was perfect. They thought of everything. The beds and couch were cozy and comfortable. We loved it. I will definitely be back. I usually make 2 trips a year to gj.

This is an amazing place to stay... Well appointed and updated and very clean. Very close to anything you want to do in this lovely valley. We will be back!
