Grand Haven Cottages - 1 Bedroom Condo with Pool

Condo was clean and well equipped. Great location. lock boxes were kind of confusing for me but the host arrived after we were able to reach her.

The condo was lovely and the host responsive and helpful. Small improvements in directions (accurate navigation point, which key box was used since there were two, and porch light on for after dark check-in) would have been perfect.

Very nice condo with a pool. Very convenient to walk to the Grand Haven pier and beach. A little less than a mile to the pier and beach. Also can walk to downtown in about 10 minutes for shopping and restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay.

Location, quiet, clean, very nice condo

We enjoyed our stay at this place. Just a couple of things to note: Trying to find it was a little hard as the street listed does not show up on Google maps as it is more like an alley. We did find it as Google map does get you really close and she did tell us the corner of the streets to find the assess to the condo, but it could have been clearer. The place was nice and clean, though the furniture was a little dated. Also, as far as we could figure out, there was no true cable, so if you want to watch network TV or ESPN I don't believe you can. Netflix and other services were available. Upgrading the door to a keyless pad entry would be great.Regardless, the location was great, just 2-3 blocks from downtown and we would definitely stay there again.

The condo was perfect. Very clean, and very spacious for 2 people. The location is perfect. I would recommend this place for anyone planning a stay in Grand Haven.

Really great fan in the bedroom. Walkable to everything. Great porch. Great location. Great neighbors. Functional space. Warm and inviting living space. We would stay there again!

The location of this property was excellent! It was easy to check in and start exploring Grand Haven immediately upon arrival. Many restaurants and attractions are just a few blocks away, and the beach/lighthouse are walkable. Nice place to stay - would definitely come back!

It was a very nice place to stay. It is walking distance to downtown and the boardwalk. While it is close to everything, it is strategically tucked back out of the mainstream, making it a very quaint and quiet place. I will be back!

Very nice property and in a great location! Enjoyed the condo, good size for our family and very comfortable. Close to the pool, although it was still too early in the season to use it. People in the area were very nice and hospitable.

Super convenient location! Walked the pier every morning, can walk or drive to beach, walked to town, drove 1-2 hour RO shop in Saugatuck! Great place to stay! Would book again!

Second visit to this property. We love the location with walking distance to downtown and beach, patio and pool. We were very happy with our stay.

Not sure I could of asked for anything better.

This is our fourth year in a row visiting Grand Haven and this has been our favorite place to stay so far! It was a great location between town and the state park. We were able to walk with our toddler and baby to almost every place we wanted to go. We enjoyed the pool and it was very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the unit for having small children.

We rented 3 condos within the same complex for our larger family. My parents stayed in this condo which was perfect for being close to the pool and having littles ones. Walking distance to DT, restaurants, and just. Short drive to beach. Very clean! Will rent again.

Clean, well kept condo close to everything. Had everything we needed for a long weekend getaway. Close to boardwalk, restaurants and shopping.

This is our 2 year staying here. I would highly recommend this property and Deanna is absolutely amazing. Everything about it is perfect for our stay. We will be staying here again next year.

Very comfortable everything I needed

We enjoyed this location morenthan any other we've stayed at in Grand Haven. It's in an ideal location within walking distance to everything and the property is nicely updated, has comfy furniture and bed, a pool, and peak-a-boo view of the river and sunset. The owner was great to work with. We loved it so much we booked again for next year.

A nice place to stay, a lot to explore is near by.

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation! We brought our 6 and 3 year old boys, who loved the pull-out couch bed. DeAnna was so nice and helpful, and gave us some great places to eat and things to do with kids while we were on vacation! The central location was amazing, and was within walking distance to a playground, the beach, the social district, many restaurants and shops, coffee shops, Pronto Pups, and several ice cream places! Would recommend to any small family looking for a getaway! Late June or July would be ideal, the water on the lake and the wind was cold when we were there! (But the kids didn’t mind at all).
