The views and property were great. The issue was terrible communication and having to stop our vacation to clean the condo due to the owners selling the unit and then shutting off cable tv. Very frustrating.

Overall: Solid for sleeping/basic comfort, responsive host, but updates and better pool oversight would make it much better. We'd consider returning if addressed, otherwise we'd seek a quieter setup.Our condo stay was comfortable for a beach trip, nothing fancy, but it worked. The beds were great: comfy mattresses, soft sheets, and good pillows helped us rest well after long beach days.We appreciated the host's quick response, extra bath towels arrived fast, and bathrooms were stocked with TP, soap, and shampoo.The property could use updates: worn carpet/flooring, uncomfortable balcony furniture, and a very small balcony with little shade beyond the umbrella.The main issue was the quiet pool -it was anything but. Loud families with young kids dominated afternoons/evenings (3–9 pm), with constant screaming that carried across the small complex, making the balcony unusable. We have teen girls and get that families want pool time, but we always kept our kids considerate in shared spaces. The no-toys/inflatables rule was ignored too. The office manager, just steps away, could have gently enforced the quiet guidelines to improve everyone's experience.

Beautiful view from a great unit. Perfect for my family. All the amenities to feel like home including a rice maker. We also used the beach equipment, including the chairs and boogie board. My 9 year old loved having the pool next to our unit and I loved that didn’t hear much pool noise being on the third floor. We hope to return to this unit again.

The view of the sun setting on the ocean each evening from the balcony was a bonus. The two bedrooms worked great for us. Privacy and space and then a very nice shared space in between. The beach chairs, umbrellas and towels were so convenient. We would come back again..

Have stayed in Maui many times over the years and this property is hands down the best on the island! The location and the amenities of the unit are amazing! Great to stay with 2 families or your own family as it has 2 huge bedrooms with on suite bathrooms and a queen pull out in the living area. Beds were comfortable and unit has been completely updated with the best outdoor porch area! Look no further if staying in Waillea!! They have beach chair, beach towels, coolers, snorkel equipment and anything you need for the beach. Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, all utensils needed for making dinners. Unit is the best view as it is on the 3rd floor. Only thing to note is if you have people coming not able to safely climb stairs, probably not the best for you. Everything else was a 10 plus!

The property was clean, comfortable and a great location. Walking distance to anything you will need. I would definitely stay there again. The staff at the condo were kind and helpful. The pool was beautiful and spotless.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to shopping, golf, great walks and beaches.

We loved every second of our visit and the unit had absolutely everything we needed. It was also quite sound proof and two suites was perfect.

We have been staying in Champion villas for many years, playing tennis, kitesurfing etc. This rentals was the best one, we would love to come back again soon.

We stayed in the condo with my MIL and 2 year old daughter. The home was lovely and very well stocked, especially for a vacation rental. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, even sand toys for my daughter — everything you could possibly need for the beach! The entire place was beautiful, clean and the host kindly left some goodies for us upon arrival which were much appreciated. Would highly recommend staying here!
