Grand Caribbean condo with pool & hot tub - close to beaches

We booked this room to extend our stay by one day so we only spent from 4pm to 10am there. The location is nice. It’s a gated facility with code access. The pool was great. The listing doesn’t include that the property doesn’t have beach access of its own. You have to use a public beach access which is across the road, but was PACKED when we went down and you only have about 75 yards of public beach between two large condos that are staked off for those condo guests. The condo was great. Very clean. The master is on the side of the hall walk way so there were unwanted noises from people being loud late at night, and lots of noise from guests above walking and closing their door. Overall, I give it a 4. Just make sure you can access the beach somewhere else due to limited space at the one across the street.

The condo was excellently equipped and very comfortable. Kids loved staying here. Small public beach access, but not a big problem.

Great experience

This property is precious! The unit was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed to feel at home. The pool was great, parking was a breeze, and the beach was maybe 150 yards away. Location was great as well. View from balcony was nice. Check in and communication with management was a nightmare but once we got in our trip was great!

We enjoyed our stay at Grand Caribbean West. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. My only suggestion would be more comfortable seating in the living room area. Resort Quest had our condo ready early and check in and check out were very convenient.

Great price, clean, super easy check in and check out. Very limited public beach (no fault of the condo). Didnt like that people were smoking in the pool area and we witnessed at least 2 rooms that gave out passcodes and had extra guests staying at the property. All in all it was a good experience and would stay in ere again.

While the condo is not right on the beach you can see the beach from your balcony. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and not too busy considering it was peak season. There were always spots in the parking lot, too! Condo was very nice and we would totally recommend it to anyone!

The unit was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a gated area so we felt very safe here. The pool was busy and a short walk to the beach. We could not find the iron anywhere even though there was a board. It was confusing with 2 remotes, one was for the wifi. Good stay overall.

Maybe I didn't read the description thoroughly, but there was an ocean view. Not a huge view, but enough to see the water and waves and decide if I needed to take wave toys or beach toys with me to the water! The beach was a short, easy walk away plus there is a national park beach a mile away that was much less crowded. The condo unit was very clean and everything worked. I am glad we chose this vacation rental and will look into it again in the future.

Condo was great, very clean. Beach cart was helpful. Comfortably slept 3 adults and 1 child. There is an elevator, which was great for loading/unloading. My only issue was the beach access. Grand Caribbean only has public beach access. And that access was patrolled by a sheriff's office representative, at least over the weekend days when we were there. The beach access was limited to about 20 yards wide and everyone packed that space out. Beach chair rentals to the left and right were private only for guests of the Beach Colony and Sandy Key. The Sheriff's office rep stopped every person that walked onto the beach from Grand Caribbean and told them they could only use the public space. Just get there early and you can get a front row spot. Would stay here again. My son loved the pool. Plenty and picnic tables and grills to cookout. Thank you!
