Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 4th year staying @ Seacoast. We enjoy the close proximity to the beach & the well-maintained pool. Jane in the office has been very helpful with our reservations & the maintenance man (sorry I forget his name) seems very efficient and cares about his job. Terry & her team did an excellent job keeping the unit clean & addressing any questions. Unit #212 was a very nice unit & was perfect for our family. The seating & dining area is very comfortable for 6 people. The majority of the month it was just me there but when my family came it was nice to fit everyone comfortably. The master bedroom bed was perfect which I especially appreciate as I have a back that acts up on occasion. We loved having the beach chairs, beach towels & boogie boards available. It sure is nice not to have to bring everything from home. A couple things do need addressed: The refrigerator ice maker is leaking & the pots/pans need updated. We have requested to stay here again next year & hope we will be considered.Until we meet again Seacoast, Pam & Roger Doyle

Stayed Mar 1, 2022The condo could have been very nice, but it was not clean. Lots of hidden dirt. Pulled a dish out of the cupboard with butter and toast crumbs! found dirty underwear under the bed, a shirt and pool noodle under the couch. Felt as though we had to disinfect and clean ourselves to feel comfortable. On a positive note. The location and ground were very nice

Stayed Jan 1, 2022The property was well maintained, did have some problem with elevator, but since we were on the second floor, not a big problem. Did have a power outage, but not the fault of complex. Overall a good experience.

Everything was very clean and accommodating. The staff was very helpful. Aside from the elevator having off and on issues (which wasn't a big deal only being on the 2nd floor) we had no problems what so ever all week. I would definitely recommend this condo and stay here again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: the dishwasher didn't work, the oven was dirty and we were asked to take pictures of it? The T.V. didn't work. couldn't play a CD on main TV, BEDRM table lamp doesn't work as there is no place to plug in...dido clock. Towels are in the kitchen cabinet, no chairs to sit in living room and no table to set a coffee cup on while watching tv, couch is ripped and covered up. Owner needs to understand this is a business and equip the apt accordingly. Large brown plastic utensils in kitchen counter had dried food on them. Old brown bed covers....really? Knowing about the initial problems, and getting right on them, no one from the office called to see how is everything going? several in the party are looking elsewhere for future stays. That should not happen.
