GORGEOUS TWO BEDROOM CONDO RIGHT ON THE ATLANTIC OCEAN!

the facility was nice and clean. Only draw back was there were no ceiling fan's in condo, which are really needed to circulate the air. Air conditioning worked but needed some more circulation. We had to go buy a stand up fan to help keep room cool. Overall it's a very nice place.

The place was neat and clean . It was conveniently right on the beach and we had a great view of it from our balcony . We did have to ask for sheets for the pull out bed because they forgot to leave them but we had no problem getting them from housekeeping .We also liked that there was an indoor pool due to a couple of days of rainy weather and we swam inside . We would definitely stay again .

We’ve stayed at RGR many times through VRBO and other realty companies. This was first time using Sea Breeze. If I had to say anything was that the condo itself lacked a lot of supplies. Such as laundry detergent, paper towels, cleaning supplies and foil/plastic wrap. Things like that. Luckily we came prepared and had many of these items already. Back glass door also did not lock. And wish the condo had some rugs. But......overall and nice place

Second bedroom was very small, so was the second bath. Check in was after 4 - office closed at 4:30. We got there after 4:30 (4:45). Office needs to be open much later - if not 24/7. Loved the fireworks on the 4th. Had problems with the tv in living room. I would stay there again.

The kitchen was well equipped and everything worked. Fourteenth floor was a little high but we got used to it after a day. Like the fact that there was a washer/dryer in the condo. You can tell its an older condo but the location makes up for that. Parking deck is tight, my son's truck wouldn't fit but my dad's Ford Explorer fit just fine. There are two or three parking spots reserved for oversized vehicles.

Great for the little ones! The only down fall was the parking garage was weird. It had a separate entrance and exit but as you drive through it there is only one lane, which caused traffic issues. Also, the elevator was kind of slow. Other than those two things it was great! Can't wait to go back!

Property was great elevators were slow but other than that everything was super. Great views, inside and outside pools and hot tub was well maintained ❤️

Pots and pans need an upgrade as well.
