GORGEOUS Sunrise Beach views! New Remodeled!

Beautiful Condo, conveniently located.

While the actual condo unit was lovely, the building is under construction and it was not disclosed to us. The pool was closed the entire week, it was extremely noisy both inside the unit and all the way down to the beach from 8:30am to 4:30pm every day, and you could not enjoy the balcony because construction dust was blowing onto it. When I contacted the owner they said they were unaware construction was going to be happening and that they would look into it. I did not get any updates. I texted again later in the week and got much of the same response. They offered to give us an extra free night but we needed to drive back so it was not an option, and I really did not want another day of noise. I suggested a one-night refund and was told they would think about it. It is now four days later and I have not heard a peep and there was no refund on my credit card. The saddest part is that I rechecked their listing to see if they adjusted prices or put in their listing anything about the construction and nothing has changed. I would never book through them again as that shows very little integrity. If you are considering booking through them any time in the spring or early summer of 2023 I would be very direct in asking about the construction situation.

We enjoyed our stay at WP. The outdoor pool was clean and never too crowded. The indoor pool was closed part of the time for cleaning, but was a little inconvenient due to having to walk across the parking lot for access. The condo was clean other than the master bath having stains on the toilet and countertop not being wiped down. The beds are very comfortable and the furniture is nice. The decor is fabulous! We used the stairs and the elevators, depending on what we felt like at the time. There was never a long line for the elevators like some other places we have stayed. We had a great time and enjoyed crabbing at night and the beach all day. Emily is a wonderful host.

Beautiful, and I mean beautiful, Gulf front condo! This 3rd floor corner unit provided an excellent view with a wraparound balcony accessible from every room. Furnished with everything you could possibly need to make your vacation fabulous! Conscientious and thoughtful host, too!

The condo is beautiful and the location is perfect for families! Great communication with the owner regarding some small issues that were handled accordingly. Highly recommend!

My family and I enjoyed every minute of our stay here! The Windward Pointe complex was so clean and well maintained. The pools were sparkling clean and clear each morning. The basketball court was a bonus for my 16 year old grandson. Our balcony was a huge wraparound balcony since this is a corner unit. Our view of the beach was spectacular and we loved the fact that all 3 bedrooms opened to the balcony and that each bedroom had a view of the ocean. As for the unit, not only was it absolutely beautifully decorated, the bedding and furniture were so comfortable! Our host, Emily, responded to every single question that I had....even went above and beyond helping us to locate a safe, nearby parking area for an extra vehicle once my son came for a short visit. The kitchen had every single appliance, cookware, and utensils that you could possibly use. And once again, I just loved how chic, yet beach themed, all the decor was. We loved every minute that we were there. The weather was absolutely perfect as well. We can't wait to stay here again.
