Gorgeous riverfront rental with excellent views & large private deck

Lovely place, true to pictures, great view, great location

The river view is second to none. Tides changes are are very visible. The unit had more than everything you need to have a great stay.

Beautiful location & very well equipped. Nice views from balcony & old town strip is right nextdoor.

A really nice place to spend a couple of days. The apartment was very clean and well furnished. Views of the Siuslaw River were amazing. Location was excellent with the Bayfront area of Florence within easy walking distance. The only negatives were an uncomfortable hide a bed and traffic noise from the Highway 101 Bridge over the Siuslaw River.

Everything about this rental was exquisite. The view, location, decor, and it was perfectly clean and well appointed. We will stay here again very soon.

Have stayed in this facility on multiple occasions and have had very positive experiences. This particular unit should be pulled off the market. Worn out bedding, black mold in the washer, televisions that are not functional, no back up batteries for remotes, and most disgusting an owner occupied unit next door with a large dog that relieves itself on the back deck and mess sits there for 3 or 4 days drawing flies and emitting odor rendering the deck unusable. Not up to VRBO standards.

This location is ideal for a couples getaway. It is in a perfect location for walking to Old Florence and it's shops, restaurants and entertainment. The view from the balcony provides tranquility.

There were a few things that could’ve been a little better. The glass panels on the deck were kinda covered in cobwebs, looked a little neglected. Trash and dirt on the floor area outside the entrance, again looking a little neglected. Silverware in the drawer had food stuck on them so I hand washed enough plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, silverware for us to just use over and over during our stay to be sure what we used was clean. Everything else was great. The contact person Terra and a maintenance guy Jeremy were extremely helpful. Loved the location, great access to Old Town shops and restaurants. Loved the view (through the cobwebs!). Bigger bed in the bedroom would be a plus. Since it’s a 1 bedroom, the bed should at least be a Queen size.

Great place to stay. Only issue we had was the noise of cars passing on the bridge outside - my hubby is a light sleeper - just a personal thing. Otherwise we loved it! Location is amazing for walking downtown shops and restaurants and traveling to hikes and sight seeing. Place was clean and all of the appliances, washer, etc were working.

Honestly, this was an amazing way to end our Oregon trip. There were so many good restaurants close and a wonderful downtown area. Such a cozy and large spot. Very pleased. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

It was a day trip down to Florence, but totally worth it. Beautiful home. Comfy bed. The view was amazing!

Quiet and centrally located

A small, but quite functional one-bedroom condo with a great view of the Siuslaw River and a block away from the small downtown area of Florence. Although right by the highway/bridge, there's just not that much traffic and the noise didn't bother us at all. We loved the view of forest and sand dunes across the river, so it felt like you were more remote than you were. Downtown Florence had a surprisingly good assortment of restaurants and shops.

Noise from the bridge is a bit much if you want a window open for fresh air. The place is quite large and the tub is great!

The location was perfect for traveling the coast.

Very relaxing stay at a great location. Myself and my toddler loved the giant tub. It was great spending the afternoon watching the river.

What a wonderful visit at this perfectly placed condo. The view is incredible and being able to walk old town was so much fun. The condo is clean, comfortable and very welcoming.

This lovely, well appointed condo, next to Old Town Florence, was a pleasure to stay in. Its location next to Old Town, but also close to grocery stores, & other businesses made the stay relaxing & enjoyable. We have spread the word about it to family & friends & look forward to reserving it again.

We were so one with the river that at times I felt I was more on a boat than in a beautifully appointed condo. And while we are older and our hearing is not the best, we never noticed the bridge traffic even sleeping with the bedroom slider open a bit. We will be back!

An absolutely amazing place all around! Super cozy and comfortable...AMAZING view of the river and Bay Bridge and right in Old Town...only thing I'd say is fix the couple of heaters that didn't work and have some more cable channels...other than that everything was so great!

Fourth time here and it is always very clean. Nice view of the river and dunes. Have coffee in the morning on the patio and watch boats and birds go by. About a one block to old town for breakfast, lunch or fine dining. Or you can eat in as there is a well equipped kitchen. Short drive to the many beaches and hiking trails. This is the perfect place for a couple it sure works for us.

This condo is close to Old Town Florence, our favorite area. Comfortable, well maintained, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Views off balcony, very relaxing!

Well furnished and appointed small condo with pleasant views of the river, some dunes, and forest. Very convenient short walk to old town restaurants, shops and harbor. Good internet. The most basic cable TV with only a handful of channels. We expected there to be road noise from the bridge, but it was more than anticipated, partly due to the recent replacement of the drawbridge portion with metal grate sections (apparently a fair number of people living along the river are complaining about that).

We loved the view, the location, the amenities, the comfort...felt like home.
