Newly remodeled with a touch of modern elegance. We are located just around the corner from Silver Dollar City in Branson. You will love the short walk to the water with a trail along the lake to enjoy this peaceful environment. The lake is visible in the winter when the trees are bare.
With a pool, tennis courts, basketball courts and game room you will have plenty to keep the kids busy. Centrally located with a short drive to the strip. A peaceful, fun area to visit.

A completelyrenovated space with new furnishings. This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo is located right around the corner from Silver Dollar City. Our cozy condo sleeps up to 5 guests. King size bed in the master, Twin over Queen bunk bed in the second bedroom.
Lush green landscaping in the summer, beautiful reds, oranges and brown's in the fall and in the winter you will enjoy the open view of the lake with the trails that run along side it.
The recreation facilities and pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Entrance:
Our condo has a keyless door lock with your own code that works for the duration of your stay. No more worrying about losing keys or coordinating pick-up and drop-off! There is plenty of free parking in front of unit for easy access in the community lot. There is one set of steps to get down to the front entrance.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped Kitchen with Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven, full sized stacked Washer and Dryer, Toaster Oven, Dishes, Utensils, Juicer, Coffee Pot, Instant Pot with slow cooker, Mixer, Blender, and all the Cooking and Baking Dishes available to make whatever you are craving!

Dining Room/ Living Room
Our large dining room table is perfect for gathering around and eating a home cooked meal together. Sits up to 6 people. The inviting living room is ready for you to kick back and relax while watching a good movie or playing a board game with your family and friends. Games are located under the T.V. Also includes a brand new sleeper sofa for those times when you have a few more people to bring along.

Iron and ironing pad can be found in the cabinet above the dryer.

Balcony:
A spacious outdoor area furnished with comfortable and stylish seating for everyone. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee or evening beverage while listening to the birds all around you. Definitely our favorite area!

Master Bedroom:
Comfortable King sized bed with new mattress, T.V. and en-suit bathroom. This room also has its own door out to the balcony with a beautiful view while relaxing in bed.

Second Bedroom:
Welcoming Twin over Queen bunkbed with room darkening curtains for those mornings you need some extra sleep. This room also has its own T.V. and large closet.
* This room shares the full bathroom with the main area

Other Amenities:
Enjoy access to all of our facilities. These facilities include a pool, indoor recreation, tennis courts basketball court, playground, and hot tub. We are directly across from the playground for easy access. Pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Free WIFI is available in the entire unit. Please do not share the log-in information.

Entire condo - This unit is at the bottom floor (unit #2) it is not handicap or wheelchair accessible. There is one flight of stairs to walk down to get to the unit. Plenty of parking out front.

We are available for all questions 7 days a week 24 hours a day. And will answer most questions within 2 hours.

The Cove:

Nestled close to the water around the corner from Silver Dollar City. A beautiful neighborhood with plenty of activities for the kids. An outdoor pool, playground, game room, hot tub, basketball court and tennis courts. Close to the water with beautiful trails to hike and enjoy.

Our resort does not have boat parking, however Deer Run Market is close to the resort and will allow you to park your boat or trailer for a fee. There is a public marina on Indian Point or Rock Lane Marina. Rock Lane Resort is 3 miles from the condo and Indian Point Marina is 3.5 miles from the condo and offers slip rentals, public boat ramp and all types of boat rentals.

Plenty of parking in front of the building. gorgeous scenery as you walk the back trails down by the water.

One full set of stairs to get down to the condo. We are on the first floor and the parking lot is on the second level.

We have tried to provide basic necessities for those times when you get in late. There is a K-cup and regular coffee machine with coffee, cream and sugar. We also have salt & pepper and sometimes oil. We provide 2 trash bags for your stay and 2 extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also have hair dryer, Q-tips, cotton balls, cotton pads, disposable razors and black make up towels for your convenience.
