Gorgeous Oceanfront condo with washer/dryer, Gulf-front balcony & pool/hot tub

The property was great, beach was busy but very nice. Communications with Vacasa was poor.

The issue with this listing has nothing to do with the unit itself. The prop mgmt AVARI is HORRIBLE. I have waited a week since we got home to give them time to make it right Since they still haven’t responded, I’m left with no other choice. When I first booked, I emailed with a question. No response for over 20 days. I had to get VRBO involved to get a response. I was told that I’d receive an email 1 hr prior to check in to get gate code. Nope. Had to call (on hold 20 min) to get code. Got in. Door code they gave me didn’t work. Had to call back (on hold for 20 min) and they confirmed something was wrong with lock and gave me a new code. 6 days in, the lock quit working. We were locked out of the unit w 2 toddlers in 45 degree weather for 3 hours. I won’t get into how long I was on hold standing out in the cold trouble shooting, how inept and unhelpful they were, and how even the local agent Mina could only be bothered to send us nonworking door codes. After 30 min of NO communication, I told her that I was calling a locksmith. Only then did she say a locksmith was on way. There was never any follow up from AVARI or Mina to see if we got in. I requested a one night’s refund and was told a week ago that they needed to “review my case”. Hoping that the owner sees this review and takes action to make it right. The unit itself was nice and very clean. I’m sure the owners are lovely… but they have got to scrap this property mgmt comp and use the on-site team (who are fab)

The condo was amazing. We really enjoyed staying for 3 nights. We loved the views from the 7th floor! Even seen dolphins! The only downfall to the stay was they closed the pool and hot tub at dark which this time of year is way too early!

Great location with amazing beach view! Easy beach access. Beds were comfy, kitchen had plenty of supplies for cooking, and plenty of towels were provided in the bathrooms. Parking was easy to access too. We look forward to a return visit!

This property is in a great location, close to restaurants, grocery store & beach. We saw sting rays, dolphins and schools and schools of fish from the balcony. The AC is amazing! The not so great items about this property is there is no WiFi no matter what they tell you. I reported it twice as I needed it for work, but no one ever came by. The pots & pans need a little update.

This was the perfect beach condo! It had everything we needed for a great vacation. We will definitely look for this condo the next time we head to the beach!
