Gorgeous Ocean Views- Southeaster No Drive NSB Family Friendly!

Great stay, just what we wanted. Quiet place on the beach to relax and read without all the crowds. Very short drive to variety of delicious restaurants.

Great property right on the ocean. Four adults stayed a week and had a great time. Steve communicated well and was helpful. We loved our stay on New Smyrna Beach.

The complex is very well maintained. The heated pool was still a bit chilly but the kids didnt mind too much. The unit was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately it is quite outdated. A little TLC and updating and this place would be off the charts. The only thing that really bothered us was the old musty smell. I had to buy candles to mask it. The amazing view and easy access to the beach and pool made up for it though.

Comfortable. The only negative is the stairs for me.

Condo was exactly as described, fully equipment with everything you need for a beach vacation. i did not have to buy anything except groceries. The owner Laura, is so nice and available for any questions. The property was beautifully maintained, with two pools, one heated! lots of lounge chairs around pool and deck overlooking the ocean, direct accession by stairs to beach. Miles of sand for morning walks. Easy access to condo with parking in front of back stairs. Thanks Laura, for a great vacation hassle free

This property has beautiful views from balcony, and is equally close to beach and pool. Loved hearing the ocean waves day and night, and one day we saw dolphin from the balcony! Property grounds and pool are beautiful. The kitchen is well supplied for any cooking needs. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. Check-in/out was a breeze. Very nice to have double beds in the guest room instead of twins. The property is in a very safe area. Ability to climb stairs is a must to stay in this unit, but this was not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend!

We spent 5 weeks in the unit and it worked well for us compared to past extended winter rentals in FL. Laura was great to work with. The condo was nicely furnished and well equipped for cooking and other longer term needs. The complex laundry room and free access to ice machine was a nice addition (though in-condo washer/dryer is nice). They were finishing repairs from Ian/Nicole hurricane damage to sun deck and beach-access stairs but minimized impact on visitors and kept beach access open. Management was nice and owners/regulars were friendly. The complex is older but renovated and well maintained. The highlight was the ocean-facing balcony and the sound of the waves in this u-shaped complex. We plan to return!
