Gorgeous Ocean Views- Southeaster No Drive NSB Family Friendly!

First let me start off by saying that I have never written a review of a rental property I have stayed at, but in this case I feel compelled to share our experience with this particular site and our interactions with its host. We arrived in NSB on a Saturday and were informed about major construction on our side of the building that morning, despite the host knowing in advance. Throughout the week, there was constant loud noise starting early each morning (jackhammering, drilling, power washing), making it very difficult for our family—especially our baby—to sleep or relax. The balcony was unusable due to debris, workers, and at times being completely blocked off.The cleanliness of the unit was also unacceptable. We encountered a strong odor upon arrival, crumbs and debris throughout, dirty cookware, hair and wood shavings in drawers, a moldy sponge, watered-down soap, and a garbage disposal that smelled and didn’t work from day one.Due to illness during our stay, we weren’t able to report issues immediately, but when we did, the host was unresponsive for several days and ultimately dismissive and accusatory. We were even blamed for the broken disposal and sent a repair bill afterward.I spent countless hours on the phone with VRBO support, who were extremely courteous and recommended I no longer communicate with the host as her behavior was concerningly unprofessional and dismissive. Proceed with EXTREME caution when looking to book this property.

Beautiful spot to stay, right on the beach! I would stay there again!

Great stay, just what we wanted. Quiet place on the beach to relax and read without all the crowds. Very short drive to variety of delicious restaurants.

Great property right on the ocean. Four adults stayed a week and had a great time. Steve communicated well and was helpful. We loved our stay on New Smyrna Beach.

The complex is very well maintained. The heated pool was still a bit chilly but the kids didnt mind too much. The unit was very spacious and clean. Unfortunately it is quite outdated. A little TLC and updating and this place would be off the charts. The only thing that really bothered us was the old musty smell. I had to buy candles to mask it. The amazing view and easy access to the beach and pool made up for it though.

Comfortable. The only negative is the stairs for me.

Condo was exactly as described, fully equipment with everything you need for a beach vacation. i did not have to buy anything except groceries. The owner Laura, is so nice and available for any questions. The property was beautifully maintained, with two pools, one heated! lots of lounge chairs around pool and deck overlooking the ocean, direct accession by stairs to beach. Miles of sand for morning walks. Easy access to condo with parking in front of back stairs. Thanks Laura, for a great vacation hassle free

This property has beautiful views from balcony, and is equally close to beach and pool. Loved hearing the ocean waves day and night, and one day we saw dolphin from the balcony! Property grounds and pool are beautiful. The kitchen is well supplied for any cooking needs. Laura was very responsive to any questions we had. Check-in/out was a breeze. Very nice to have double beds in the guest room instead of twins. The property is in a very safe area. Ability to climb stairs is a must to stay in this unit, but this was not a problem for us. Would definitely recommend!
