Gorgeous mountain view, 2-bdrm, 10th floor condo, sleeps 6, 48' balcony!

This place was perfect for our vacation! The views were spectacular & the home itself is so very cozy! I would 10/10 stay here again!! We even used the gym on-site & loved the amenities within the home! This is the one, trust me!!

Great Location! the Balcony sells this suite. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Bathrooms were nice, hot water and good pressure.And kitchen was well equipped. Would recommend for a stay to anyone.

Unfortunately I could not give this listing a perfect score. The air conditioning was either not working or not able to keep up with the warm temperatures. The first night sleep was miserable even with fans and doors open. We were back for 2 hours of daylight and again miserable and not much sleep. Finally the 3rd night we were able to get it cool enough to sleep. Would definitely not stay again here if temperature were going to be in 80s or 90s. And that’s coming from someone from the south that can deal with heat and humidity.

Disappointing. The condo itself was clean and the balcony views were breathtaking but that’s it. The balcony was also slanted and not as nice as the pictures made it out to be. The facility was extremely ran down and had a weird smell. The “award winning” pool wasn’t even utilized because the water looked gross and the lounge chairs were broken and old. Gym and sauna along with pool tables (that didn’t even have balls) were located in the basement which was creepy. The orbit and Q don’t even exist anymore. The restaurant was limited hours so never even ate there, it did not even seem to be the same place as what the pics on VRBO. I was expecting the bar to be more like a hotel bar but it was definitely a LGBQT night club. With all of the other random businesses it was very open to the public in case privacy is a concern for you. I have never been so disappointed with a VRBO before. You can get a beautiful Mountain View just by being outside, do not recommend this place at all.

We had the best time! The room was clean with a huge balcony and great few! Lots of comfortable places to sit and lounge and within a short drive of many different adventures! The host were easy to reach and helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend

Very clean condo other than a random used towel left on bathroom floor and deck had bird droppings. Very fun, eclectic space in convenient location nearby to many restaurants and shopping. Noisy outside with road construction. Friendly front desk and nice guests at this large complex.

Great find and amazing view in Colorado Springs. Our host were communicative and had a simple check-in and out process. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well appointed (and a arcade game was a plus!) Closing out the day with the sunsetting behind the mountains in the distance is reason enough to stay. Definitely recommend!

The view was amazing. The condo was clean and comfortable.

The hotel itself was difficult to navigate. It could use some updates as many areas look dingy and old.

Everything was perfect! Very well organized and easy to understand. The gym is a little small but has everything you need. Beautiful property and balcony. Some of the shades were broken but there's drapes to close as well. Wonderful place!

Our stay was terrific! The place was clean and spacious. The view was excellent, and we were able to experience New Year's Eve and view the fireworks from the balcony! The owners were also very responsive and provided information on nearby attractions. Very cozy stay!

This was the best host that I have ever had. Their attention to detail, in terms of love notes welcoming us to feel like their home is our home during our stay was so kind and heaet felt. These hosts made us feel like they care about their property but they also care about our experience.

Amazing primary bedroom en-suite.Possible suggestions: more traditional and comfortable furniture in the living room and lighting provision on the dark side of the living room. Might want to advise that thermostats are inoperative due to a city ordinance or so we were advised by a resident.

This was a great place to stay. Location close to many attractions such as Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods and Colorado Springs airport. Very clean and spacious for our family of 4. Large balcony to enjoy the views of mountains. Host extremely helpful with ideas on things to do in area. Highly recommend.

Such a lovely place, with pretty much everything you might need for a short stay, even reusable grocery bags. The furniture was comfy, everything was clean, and the views were amazing! Hosts also, very kind and very responsive!

This perfectly situated condo in a historic hotel was perfect for our family with the most beautiful mountain views. The interior was clean and spacious with everything you would need for your time away from home. We would not hesitate in booking with property again if we return to Colorado Springs.

the property was much bigger than I expected. the view of the mountains were more than I could have imagined from the photos. we didn't bring our 20 year old son, but after sending him pictures, he wanted to rent this place on our next visit out west.

My best friend and I used this VRBO for a girls trip. Perfect location for getting to and from Manitou Springs for hiking. Views were absolutely worth it.

Our family had a great time spending Christmas week here. The apt had a fun retro vibe and the views of Pike's Peak were amazing. The hosts were very informative and responsive, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The showers/bath were great. the only thing I would have changed is more/brighter lamps because we are a family of readers!

Had a great time at the property. The view was beautiful (even if cloudier than normal for Colorado. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. It’s easy access to Rte 24. There is a safeway nearby for groceries, too. Owner was very responsive. Highly recommend!!

We were in CS for our dads celebration of life and with all the emotions and family time it was nice to have a place to come to for peace and quite and beautiful Mountain View’s.
