Gorgeous Luxury 2BR Beachfront Condo, Cable/Netflix Wifi, Beach Service included

The condo was in great shape. I loved the extra beach amenities: beach chairs, umbrella, toys, first aid kit, beach towels, beach bag...etc. Having a free beach service was great. Also, the kitchen exceeded my expectations, it had a keurig machine, lots of quality pots and pans and containers. Also, the TVs, sound systems and DVDs were a big hit for us. The condo facility has a nice bbq area. I would give this condo a 5 star rating if it wasn't for the pool in the building. The pool is tiny and half of it is outdoor and half is indoor. The indoor area is VERY small and sitting in it, sometimes, I couldn't handle the noise because how small it is and how much the sound echoes. I also noticed that our bathing suits stunk after we used the pool and the hot tub! which makes me wonder about the cleanliness of the pool and the hot tub. Overall the condo is 5 star, but the pool and hot tub are questionable, so if these two things are not important to you, go for it! This is a great place and great service.

Great condo! Nice large balcony with beautiful view!

We had a wonderful time the condo was very clean and beds very comfortable had all the appliances and even beach chairs were great. Favorate spot was the huge balcony to sit on and the views of the ocean and sunsets. We liked the pool and hot tub also. Only suggestion would be to add some hand grabbers bars for the elderly to get in and out of tub to shower since there's no walk ins. We will be back! our host was very helpful with our questions.

Balcony and the beach view were spectacular!! Furnishing of condo were very nice, better than I expected in a rental property. Clean and ready to be enjoyed!! Jonathan was quick in response. Checkin and instructions were simple and easy to follow. Beach chairs and umbrella were a nice extra. Thanks and we hope to be back next year.

Jonathan is the absolute best host you could want. Had an issue with sliding door. He had repair company there the following day. Condo is beautifully decorated with everything you need including board games. Kitchen is fully furnished. Bed are very comfortable. Nice linens and towels. We have booked for next year. Highly recommend.

You cannot go wrong with this condo! It was clean, had all that you needed. The balcony was spacious and the view was great! The property was as described in the photos! Definitely a place we would stay again and recommend to you!

The unit was very nice but it was disappointing to have the June grass interfer with the enjoyment of our stay.

We had a great week at this beautiful condo. Great beds, great showers, and very well stocked kitchen. We were able to make a couple of meals and had no problem finding things to do so. We woke up every morning and spent time eating breakfast on the balcony. The balcony is big and has comfortable seating. The gulf was as clear and calm as I’ve ever seen it. We saw dolphins playing and feeding nearly every afternoon very close to shore. We liked having a dedicated parking space on site. The elevators were quick! Our host was quick to respond to a couple of questions. We would definitely stay here again!

First, Jonathan is the most responsive owner to any of your questions or concerns! Great to work with and makes your stay more enjoyable! Tropic Winds is just outside of all the hustle and bustle of PCB, going towards Seaside/Destin area. The condo is always stocked with the basics, especially in the kitchen, but the big perk to me is you get a set of beach chairs and an umbrella included with the condo rental! ( plus the extra ones they have in the condo as well) There is an ice machine with easy access on the first floor that is handy too. You’re close enough to all the food and shopping you want, but far enough away from all the folks just loitering. In the condo, they supply board games, UNO, puzzles, Netflix access, Roku access and the view from the extra large balcony is awesome! We spend a lot of time on the balcony! I really can’t say enough good things about the condo, the atmosphere or the owners! That’s why we came back a 2nd time and will definitely be back again!

We loved this space. Very roomy, had everything we needed. The patio was our hangout spot, great breeze and lots of space. Beach service and parking spot really came in handy. We would absolutely stay again!! Thanks for sharing you space with our family!

We enjoyed the condo and it had everything we needed. We mostly just chilled out on the balcony or at the beach. It was great that we could use the chairs and umbrellas. We all thought it was probably the most relaxed vacation ever, we kept forgetting what day it was. Thanks for the use of your condo, hopefully we will be back again.
