Gorgeous House Next Door to 1Hotel Hanalei Bay - Awesome Views Unit #10

Beautiful condo with outstanding views! Home was spotless and we loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. Excellent accommodations for one or two couples. Host was an excellent communicator throughout our stay. The adjacent town of Hanalei has some great restaurants and shopping. If I were to make any suggestions, more detailed directions to the condo would be appreciated. It took us some time to find since we landed at sunset and had to make our way there in the dark. The house numbers are small and not super visible from the car. We loved our stay and would recommend to anyone planning to visit Kauai!

I would book this property again in a heartbeat. Jessica was very communicative and the condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. It's also right across the street from my favorite beach that we went to on the island, Hideaway Beach. The only thing I want to note for future travelers is that this condo does not have AC. I'm fine with it overall, but it meant that during the day it was a bit uncomfortable to stay in. At night it was fine with the windows / doors open. Also, the nene's (roosters) crowed all night to each other! I'm not a light sleeper at all, but they woke me up several times every night unless it was raining. I'd still book it in the future for the location but just wanted to share my experience.

What a beautiful villa it was like being in a treehouse! The view is gorgeous and loved sitting on balcony. Perfect size home for family of 4. Loved the kitchen space too, just lovely! Great proximity to 1Hotel and public beach. Had a minor issue with finding the access code for the locked key box. Referred back to all emails and couldn’t find it. When I called, I spoke to a gentleman and he gave it to me. The instructions were to use the main key which was said to be on top of fridge….Ended up finding the main key at top of stairs in basket. No big deal. Only other odd experience was a finding a kitchen knife on the floor downstairs. It was near the downstairs door entrance. Very random and slightly concerning. Can’t figure that one out. Everything seemed clean and tidy other than that.

Host provided excellent support. Villa location is very convenient. Accommodations were awesome.

It was awesome to have the “extra” things like beach chairs, umbrellas, inter tubes, and the baby seat. The view is phenomenal in winter season with all that rain. Nice to have an electric grill for cooking out. But it needs throw blankets considering there’s no heat and on the rainy side of the island. And the en suite needs towel racks for bath and hand towels. Overall, an absolutely great rental for vacation for families !

Perfect location for us, walked to beaches, loved listening to birds and frogs. The home is beautiful.

This was a perfect place for my family. We loved getting to finish each day with a quick walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. We didn’t want to leave!

A good house for us. Well equipped, although we never cooked. Fridge great, as was washing machine and dryer. Bed in master very comfortable too, family stayed in hotel, making location great for us all to meet up.

Beautiful views, Lanai was lovely, comfy beds, antique sofa and chairs not so comfy. Kitchen well appointed. Needs better knives. Needs more beach towels and shower towels for 7 day stay. Nice that they had beach chairs and umbrella as well as ice chest. Great condo overall. Would def stay there again.

This is such a magical place with everything you could ask for. We will be back! Loved the home and its location!
