Gorgeous Gulf views and a beachfront location!

We had excellent stay in 3 Palms condo. Everything as described or even better. Very nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Great location, walking distance to Bayfront Park with pickle ball, tennis, kayak launch, fitness classes. Lots of great restaurants around. Great vacation spot!

Hearing and seeing the ocean from the balcony was just the best. Having a clean and quiet beach just a few steps from the door was even better. Can’t say enough good things about the condo and the overall look and feel, the ease of getting to the airport, vicinity of other beaches in the area if we wanted a change of scenery. The Marshall’s were fantastic hosts - super communicative, responsive and helpful. ?☀️

The photos do not do the condo justice. It's quiet and relaxing, beautifully furnished in soft blues and whites. Very up-to-date kitchen with everything you might need. Lovely bathrooms, comfortable beds. The view from the balcony is spectacular. A perfect vacation, nicer than we imagined.

We couldn’t have been more pleased with this property. From the moment we unlocked the door upon checking in and took in the spectacular view of the gulf we knew we made the right choice. The condo is beautifully appointed and we felt right at home almost immediately. The entire condo is fully updated and they seem to have thought of everything you could possibly need during your stay. Julie and Joe are terrific hosts who promptly answered any questions before and during our stay. We could’ve get enough of the beautiful sunsets taken in from the balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Our stay at this property was incredible. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the unit, as it was very large and comfortable for my family and friends. The unit was newly renovated and very well furnished. The unit was well-equipped, and had more than everything we needed for our month-long stay. The owners even went above and beyond by kindly purchasing a Nespresso machine after we showed interest for that brand. The view was lovely, and the beach was very clean and quiet with ample beach equipment, neatly organized and accessible. The building itself was well-maintained, clean and quiet. The few residents of the building we saw were very friendly. I'm reluctant to recommend this property as I'd like to keep it for myself, LOL. Highly recommend and will be coming back.

This is a lovely and exceedingly comfortable condo overlooking a stunning Gulf beach, perfect for swimming, sunning and long walks. Sometimes, however, it was hard to leave the balcony because the sounds, smells and view from that paradisiacal perch were so beautiful and serene. The sunsets, a nightly explosion of color, felt like private showings to accompany our evening meals. We are not picture-takers, but both our phones are full of those moments. Our meals were greatly enhanced by a well-equipped and well-stocked kitchen. Our landlords were attentive in the best way, anxious to help--and to help quickly--to alleviate any minor problems.

Fabulous property with wonderful sunsets. Hosts and property manager were super responsive when needed, which was very minimal. Everything was really perfect.

Exceeded our expectations, even better than we could have hoped! Completely updated and modern. Very well equipped, they thought of everything we would need. Great location in the center of Longboat Key. Quiet building. Stunning views from balcony and master bedroom! Wish we could book it again for next year, but it’s already booked.

From booking to departing the property the owners have been extremely hospitable, helping with every query. The property itself was beautifully decorated and furnished, excellent location, with beautiful views and extremely well equipped. We have only positive remarks - we would not change anything about our stay.
