Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all it was great. The staff was excellent. I felt like they went out of their way to help and accommodate us., make us comfortable and to see that we had a good stay. The location was perfect, felt very safe. The overall maintenance inside the unit and building was good.. a couple takeaways. Security was a little uncomfortable. We didn’t do anything wrong and had no interactions with them.. but it seemed like there was always staring and looking up at the balconies and hunting for someone doing something they wasn’t supposed to be doing. Felt like it took away a little bit of our privacy. The pantry look like it hadn’t been cleaned in years, looked greasy and dusty. The floors felt like they could’ve been cleaned a little better.. for the money you pay for cleaning I believe the cleaner should spend more time cleaning and do a better job. Our stay was interrupted two days in a row for routine pest control.. it only took about five minutes, but something like that should be done in between checkouts. I’m sure it could be coordinated better. Tried to use the Jacuzzi tub our last couple nights there. The Jets didn’t work. Again the people at the office was excellent. In person and over the phone. Overall, I would stay again and I wouldn’t discourage anyone else from staying there. The good overwhelmed the bad. I honestly believed there is a few little things that could be done to make it even better.. as I mentioned above. Special thanks to the office staff.....Thanks Matt Mays

We all wanted to stay longer and will be back next year! One item needs to be addressed/ the decor in the master bedroom ( red white and blue plaid comforter gave a woodsie mountain vibe😖)When I turned the cover over to the blue and white striped side I was back at the beach🎉🎉🎉

We enjoyed a nice time at this property with our children for their spring break. Great location!! Super comfy beds and loved the screen door option in the master bedroom!

2nd time staying at The Pearl. This unit is nice. WiFi was changed on Sunday and TV and WiFi was not working after that at all, other than having a change of WiFi on a holiday weekend and on a Sunday was surprising, all was good. We really like Navarre Beach!
