Stayed May 30, 2026The unit was clean and easy to access. Owners were quick to respond with anything needed. Directions for arrival and checkout were simple and clear. Great views of the beach and it wasn’t too busy so made for perfect beach days. It was nice having covered parking as it kept the car from getting too hot. Would stay here again!!

Stayed Apr 18, 2026The accommodations were great. The views of the pool, beach and intracoastal were fabulous. The security in the building was great. The property/unit is very quiet. Unit was spotless! We would definitely like to stay here in the future! Please note- The dishwasher does not do a good job at clean dishes and all dishes were rinsed first.

Stayed Mar 14, 2026On arrival, place hadn’t been cleaned from prior renter. Contacted owner who responded immediately, apparently a miscommunication with service. Cleaning people arrived promptly . Owner made sure we were satisfied and arranged for a gift card at a local restaurant to apologize. Great follow up. Place is listed as recently renovated, actually looked a little tired, especially bathrooms. Lamps and blinds didn’t work in bedroom. Had to purchase a battery for ceiling fan remote. Garage elevator frequently out of service.

Stayed Feb 14, 2026The unit definitely lived up to its billing as a gorgeous, gulf front condo! The unit was beautiful, had a fantastic view of the sunset from the balcony, a very well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable furnishings. The host was very accommodating and responsive to the questions that we had. The pool and other common elements of the building were in excellent shape. The location is excellent with many good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this unit!

Stayed Jun 8, 2024The property is a very nice property located right on the beach however the property was not clean when we arrived and it took several days to get a cleaning crew out there using the pool was effortless however because there were a lot of non owner guess there it was littered loud music was obtrusive and it was not a relaxing enjoyable experience for our family. As hosts are self and frequent travelers 2 Clearwater and the surrounding area for over 20 years this was definitely the poorest experience we had in acquiring a rental
