Stayed May 9, 2026The beach view was awesome! Just a short walk from the condo. The pool was nice and very clean. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Looked just like the pictures. Jan was very helpful with any questions I had. This was our second time staying at Emerald surf and I hope to make a third.

Stayed Sep 6, 2025The unit was exactly as depicted in the listing. Very clean, bright and spacious. Definitely nicer than some of the other units in the building. Check in and out was very easy. The ease of access to the beach as well as the chair rentals were also very convenient. Overall, my wife and I had a great experience staying in this building and this unit. I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025The property was clean and in good repair, as advertised. The location is great and our preferred place to stay. The beach also isn’t crowded which is a plus to us. The only downside was both coffee makers were dirty in the water reservoir so we weren’t able to use them. We would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Stayed Jun 7, 2025Great location, great beach. Very laid back, not busy like PCB or Destin. We got chair & umbrella rental for the week. Everything about the condo was nice and as described. The bed in the master was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, wanted to take it with me lol. This is a great rental, close to pool and beach access. You will not be disappointed!

Stayed May 18, 2024The Emerald Surf Property was very well kept and managed. The condo itself was clean and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. The only negative was the king size bed. It was well worn in the areas where couples sleep and was hard as a rock. I slept in the extra bedroom on a twin for 3 nights because it was hurting my hips and shoulders. I would definitely stay there again if the bed is replaced. The view of the beach and the balcony were great!

Stayed May 4, 2024This unit was wonderful and we had an amazing stay. Emerald Surf is about a mile from the pier (and the larger crowds) and easy walking distance to amazing restaurants.
