GORGEOUS, FAMILY FRIENDLY, JUST STEPS TO SUN AND FUN!!!

Our stay was amazing to say the unit is properly equipped is an understatement. We didn’t even have to unpack our beach towels. It is also so conveniently located on the property, the laundry is literally outside the unit and the pool is just across the lawn. We were 8 of us in total but the unit is so spacious we never felt on top of each other. Our host was so accommodating as well and was very accessible for any questions. Will definitely book again.

We had a wonderful family vacation at this South Padre Island condo. The first-floor unit gave us a great view of the pool and an easy walk to the beach straight from our back door. One of our favorite parts of the trip was enjoying peaceful mornings with coffee on the patio — quiet, comfortable, and the perfect start to the day.The condo was clean, cozy, and fully stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of beds and linens for our family of 7, which made settling in easy. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was excellent— quiet and relaxing, a quick drive from the causeway and just a short walk to several great restaurants. We loved being able to walk to dinner in the evenings without having to load everyone into the car.The pool area was clean and never overcrowded, adding to the overall relaxing atmosphere.Our host was responsive and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out, making the entire process seamless. We felt right at home and safe throughout our stay.We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for families looking for a convenient, comfortable, and peaceful place to stay in South Padre!

We had a great stay at this condo! The location in the complex was top notch! We really enjoyed being able to grill on the large patio! The carpet grass was so fun for our boys to play football!! The living area was plenty large for our part of 8. Highly recommend staying here!

Came down to South Padre. Pour some rest and relaxation. The condo is the perfect spot for that. All amenities are fantastic and well equipped comfort of beds and furniture is awesome. Location is amazing as you are just steps from the pool and or the boardwalk down to the beach. This is an amazing place for your family and friends to stay to get some relaxation highly recommend and we’ll stay here again.

I loved that the condo is on the first floor and that you can walk right out the back door to the pool area and beach access. It has a nice seating area outside as well. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We also loved it’s proximity to shops and dining options.

Good location, not very happy with the fact there was a water main break on the last day leaving us with no water and 3 little kids. We had to leave and get a hotel, and nothing was done to help rectify the situation. When notifying the owner, all I was told is that is out of their control.

Julie was a pleasure to work with and her condo is very accommodating. Great ground floor location and proximity to amenities & beach access. A wonderful time was had by all!

We really enjoyed our time at Julie’s place. The first floor unit was easy for coming and going from the pool and the beach. Loved the layout and the kitchen. Communication with Julie was a breeze. The towels and beds were super comfy. Will stay here again!

Loved everything.. from the get go the pictures dont do justice to this apartment. You feel right at home! You have everything you need starting from towels at the door leading to the pool and the kitchen fully stocked with everything you might need to cook for your family. The people that would help you out were always ready to answer your questions and help you out in any way possible. I LOVED THIS PLACE and look forward to staying here many more times!!!!!!
