Stayed Jul 26, 2025Unit was beautiful and updated. Grounds people were mowing at 645am. I know it was hot but that is insane. Neighbor doing construction and sawing one day at 8am. And one unit had loud guests one night. We have stayed in that complex 3 years and this was by far the most impressive.

Stayed Jul 12, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is in a great location on the other side of Rt 1 from downtown Rehoboth. Comfortable accommodations and a nice layout for us. Nice updated kitchen but minimally stocked. (could have used a large frying pan) The kids loved being able to walk to 3 different pools. We took the Park and Ride bus right around the corner (free parking!) into Rehoboth beach and boardwalk.
