Stayed Jan 13, 2025We stayed at the townhome from January thru March 30. We enjoyed the spacious home to the max. It was fully furnished and we only needed to move in our personal items and clothes in order toenjoy every minute of our stay. The area was quiet and safe with the security gate system at the entry of Encore. We took advantage of access to the wonderful pool and hot tub every warm afternoon. Lee was a gracious host and assisted with the TV hookups / WiFi and providing his local favorite local restaurants. We would recommend this townhome to a family since there are two bedrooms..

Stayed Dec 9, 2023The condo is very spacious, high ceilings and lots of room. The development is beautiful. Neighbors were friendly and I felt very safe. The pool area is beautiful. Landscaping of the property is gorgeous. The north Scottsdale area has everything you might want— shopping and restaurants nearby. Hiking and golf right there. The condo was great, the area was great and the owners were even better! Very attentive owners for any questions or issues I had. They responded immediately and we all know that doesn’t always happen. This is a great property and great owners.
