Gorgeous condo! 2 Kings, 1 Queen. Heated Pool! Sleeps 6 - Perfect Location!

The property was beautiful and had a great view. Defiantly will be coming back.

This condo was fabulous! We walked in after being in the AZ heat and were amazed and how beautiful the interior of the condo was as well as the welcoming cold air from the a/c! My elderly parents and I stayed for 3 full weeks and loved it! The condo is super clean and had everything we needed for such a long stay. We were able to have family come visit with plenty of room in the living room area for kids to play. It is ADA accessible with an elevator, no step entry and walk in shower with a bench. (Which is what we needed and would recommend for anyone in a wheelchair or walker.) The pool was awesome and by 3 pm completely shaded by the buildings so we were able to enjoy swimming without worry of being burned. I would Highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Fully equipped kitchen. Very spacious unit. Unit was on the 3rd floor but had elevator access. Nice view from the patio. Covered parking and gates access.

CONVIENT LOCATION

The condo is nice, clean, and spacious, as described in the listing. Entry gate instructions are a bit confusing, but once you figure it out, it's fine. Because the owners use a rental company to manage the property, responses during our stay were not particularly quick, but it is manageable. Future guests should note that there are no bathroom toiletries provided other than hand soap (no body wash, shampoo, etc.). One star less because despite paying a cleaning fee, guests are responsible for throwing out the trash and washing/putting away all dishes rather than just turning on a dishwasher. House rules seem particularly strict compared to other rental properties in the area.

Excellent space; very clean; good location; excellent communication. A bit difficult accessing unit/parking area. Had a problem with the washing machine but this was remedied right away - on a Sunday! Would stay again.

There was a lack of Kleenex and toilet paper. Patio needs a little cleaning. Spider webs all over, even on the inside of the patio door in the master bedroom. The bathtub’s drain is clogged, so when taking a shower you’d be standing in gross water. Everyone showered on the master bathroom.

Clean place and great location. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here a few times and we always enjoy it! Location is great, pool is nice, and the place of comfortable for families. We will be back!

Very well appointed condo, near the Silverado and McCormick golf courses. Close to restaurants, shopping and hiking trails.Property management is prompt to respond, check in and out was clearly outlined in the property guide. We would stay again.

The property was convenient, clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again. The location was quiet and close to walking trails. The morning sunrise was beautiful.

We booked this Thanksgiving week to be close to family who lives in the adjacent condo community Corriente. We have stayed in many other condos in the Paradise View Villas community. This is by far our favorite. GORGEOUS views. Well equipped kitchen and very spacious. We’ll definitely be back!

We enjoyed a wonderful 5 nights. Very comfortable, everything we needed. Loved the view of the golf course.
