Stayed Mar 29, 2026The property was the perfect size for our family of four. The location is absolutely ideal inside Puerto Aventuras. Ocean views, steps from a very nice pool and private beach area including chairs and palapas. Very short walk to shopping areas, fantastic restaurants, and the dolphin enclosures. The property manager was very friendly and easily reached. Would absolutely stay here again!

Stayed Dec 22, 2025We had such an amazing time! The condo was lovely with all the amenities of home. Gina was fabulous answering any question we had and providing us with information on all the things Puerto Aventuras has to offer. We will 100% be renting Roman's beautiful place again.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025When we arrived there was trouble with the key to the unit, the problem was quickly addressed and resolved. We loved every aspect of our stay. We all enjoyed the beach, the atmosphere around the square and our location was prime.

Stayed Apr 2, 2025Excellent property right on the beach. Super clean with great upgrades and all the amenities. Plenty of room for our family of four with older teen kids. Location is awesome. Both the host and local property manager were very communicative and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again. Book with confidence.

Stayed Jan 1, 2025The condo is right on the beach on the top floor of the building so you get nice views of the beach and water from the large balcony area. The unit is clean and nice. Kids slept down stairs and we had our own room on the top level, which was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Dec 17, 2024The condo was not as great as other reviews claimed. The complex is okay but not great; mediocre restaurants and a few trinket shops. The location is between Playa del Carmen and Tulum, but not convenient to either. Nice beach.
