GORGEOUS & BEST IN TOWN! - Walk to the Beach and Shops! Beautifully Remodeled!

The condo was beautiful, and in a great central location! The host, Stanley, was responsive and so very kind. We will absolutely stay here again! Perfect!

I spent a wonderful getaway in Rehoboth Beach at The Ark. Stan and Donald could not have been more gracious and helpful. The location is perfect with a 15 minute walk to downtown and restaurants close by . I look forward to another visit.

We were instantly captivated by our stay as soon as we stepped inside the condominium and took in the view from the balcony. The condo lived up to the impressive pictures we had seen online. The layout was meticulously designed, ensuring easy access to all our desired destinations. We will definitely be returning to this location for another stay.

We loved the layout of this property! Note that it has stairs from the door to the living room, and then again down to the bedroom. It's not many, but if that's an issue, just be aware. For us, we loved it. The separation between the rooms made it feel very homey.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this delightful condo. Beautifully furnished, equipped with everything you need and only a few blocks to the boardwalk. The location is perfect for walking to all the best restaurants and night life. Attentive owners made it easy to check in and out. Highly recommend 10/10.

Stylish condo at the top of Rehoboth Avenue strip. Short walk to the beach. Great owner to work with. Instructions for keying in the front door of the building and operating the dishwasher should be improved in the unit instructions.

This listing is true to its pictures and description. The property was spotless and very clean! And painted and decorated that made it feel like my home away from home for a few days. My wife and I will definitely stay here again in the future!

My husband and I had a nice time staying in this condo. It has been renovated and has a balcony. It is within walking distance to many great restaurants, and the main attractions in downtown Rehoboth. Stan is helpful and responds quickly. If looking for an ideal one bedroom home this is the condo to rent!

You can’t have a better location in Rehoboth. Close to Dogfish Head and Fins, easily the best two restaurants. Also short drive to Gordon’s Pond for birding. The condo has been lovingly decorated and outfitted. Easy parking and super responsive hosts.

Very clean, exactly as described, perfect location just a 10 minute walk to the beach. Bed was very comfortable and the condo is loaded with everything you need to cook a meal, entertain friends etc. They even had beach chairs, an umbrella and a beach bag! This was my 2nd stay, and will be back!

Easy walk to all night life. Easy couple blocks walk to the beach. Condo was clean and spacious and updated beautifully. Owners are great and helped with anything we needed! Would book again!
