GORGEOUS BEACHFRONT VIEWS! FREE BEACH SET UP, PRIVATE BEACH, POOL, SPA, AND GYM

We enjoyed our stay at Edgewater. The condo was clean, had a great view, nice balcony and everything we needed in the kitchen. Pools were very nice with an easy walk to the beach. Grocery store as well as restaurants within walking distance was very convenient. Communication with owner was good.

We enjoyed our stay very much! All the things were just as detailed in the listed as in person! Closet full of fun beach toys and extra chairs. Two free chairs/umbrella set up daily. Beach towels for our use as well. And condo was currently freshly updated as shown in pics. Hosts were fabulous to communicate with as needed. Highly recommend!!

Great stay. Communication from host was awesome. Very nice accommodations and parking on site inside gated area was great. Loved having a close grocery store. The “bar and grill” at the pool was a bit disappointing but beyond that we loved the property.

Wonderful condo! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, beds were very comfortable and the view of the ocean and pools were amazing. It was within walking distance to many restaurants, grocery store and shops. I would highly recommend staying there.

We had a wonderful stay at this Edgewater condo. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Loved having my morning coffee on the balcony! The condo was very clean, updated, and well-appointed. The king-sized bed was comfortable and there were plenty of pillows to choose from (although we couldn't find any additional pillowcases.) There is a closet filled with beach toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, and a cooler! The pool area is very nice. There is a heated pool and non-heated kiddie pool on the upper level, and a hot tub, non-heated pool and bathrooms on the lower level. And the beach! Wow! Gorgeous! The property is conveniently located to shopping, groceries, and restaurants, but in a more peaceful location than Destin which is just a few miles up the road. Highly recommend this property! We stayed March 2-11, 2026.

Great communication with owner. They stepped up super fast to address a minor issue. I really appreciated that. This unit has a great view! We are a family of 4. Kids are 21 & 20. Cooked meals in unit and the washer/dryer was helpful. I’d definitely recommend this unit!

Beautiful accommodations along with an amazing view. The building is near the outlet mall along with many other shops and restaurants. Great to be right on the beach as well. Highly recommended staying here!

Views were beautiful. Heated pool and hot tub were amazing. Unfortunately for us, it rained all day 5 of the 6 days. Saw the sun on our last day at least.

It was our 4th time staying at Edgewater! Our first time at this Condo. The views and the beach are amazing ! Centrally located to whatever you need! Grocery store, restaurants , outlets, fresh seafood market! Steve was very responsive to any questions! Place was very nice!

We loved our stay at Edgewater. It Condo was perfect for us. Everything was clean and we had everything we needed. The pool and beach were beautiful. Close to all the shops and restaurants. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

The condo is beautiful! Very tastefully decorated and clean. The condo is well appointed with everything you need including a blender, multiple coffee makers and even a crockpot. We appreciated that there was an abundance of towels available. The hosts were very responsive to all my questions and requests. The beach service provided was a great inclusion that we really appreciated since we were traveling from out of state. We were impressed with how well the grounds are maintained. The beach is beautiful! The pools were cleaned daily and there was continuous upkeep all over the resort. The location is walkable to many restaurants, shops and a grocery store. We will definitely stay here again!

Loved it! The view is better in person! The location is great - near tons of restaurants and shops. Everyone seemed to tell us we were there in a off week ie middle of August. The building wasn’t crowded, easy parking, pool and beach access!

We had such a great stay here! The location is ideal, right across from the outlets, you can walk to Win Dixie and CVS. The kids loved walking down to the Surf Hut for dinner. And the bar at the pool was a life saver for lunchtime pool breaks. Beautiful! Also the beach chairs were great, we would get down early to reserve chairs and then come down when the kids woke up to spend the day on the beach, such a great vacation!

From booking to departure the experience was seamless. A beautiful home, well appointed, clean and even fresh flowers The owners were terribly kind to respond to questions prior to the stay. My only regret is that vacation had to end.

Great location on Miramar Beach! We felt like we were close to everything but also had a spot to ourselves! The beach front was reserved for guests at the condo, so we had chairs and an umbrella set up for us every day. The beach team was super helpful and always had a nice spot for us. All of us enjoyed the hot tub and we also loved our balcony - we enjoyed coffee and chats outside daily, and saw dolphins from the balcony every morning. The master bedroom is super comfortable. Also, the poolside snack stand was open two of the days we were there, so we could enjoy cold drinks and fun snacks. The outlets are just across the street and our teenagers enjoyed walking to Starbucks right down the road. There are so many great locations within just a few miles of the condo - we had dinner outside one night at the Village at Baytown Wharf and checked out the live gators at Fudpuckers. The hosts had a GREAT guidebook of local options that was current and covered everything we needed. This was a perfect spot for the four of us on this trip!

We have stayed in various condos at Edgewater over the years. This condo is exceptionally clean and well kept! Beds and furniture were comfortable and plenty of linens were provided. We were appreciative that beach set up was included and the owner providing beach towels and additional chairs to use during our stay. Owner was quick and clear with communication. Everything about our stay went smoothly and I would highly recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay directly on Miramar Beach!

Wonderful stay. It was nice to have the beachfront view! Staff at the beach were very friendly. Great location! Mattresses in 2nd bedroom need to be replaced, otherwise everything was great!

We loved this property and were beyond satisfied with the communication and accurate information provided by the owners. We will definitely stay here again!

On the positive side the check-in and communication was great as was the area and the view. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you should need and the tv viewing choices were good.Where it wasn’t so good is the furniture and the beds. For older people the recliners were difficult to get out of and the couch was visibly wore in the center. So sitting and enjoying time watching tv or relaxing wasn’t so relaxing. Also the twin beds in the 2nd bedroom was visibly wore. There was only the two of us so we didn’t need to use them but it seems to me that neglect on beds and furniture seems to be visible. My wife and I stayed 12 nights Nov 30-Dec 12th and despite some cooler temperatures during our stay we enjoyed several great rounds of golf and walks on the beach. The beachside location is close to many very good restaurants which we took advantage of. Thanks to our hosts for allowing us to spend 2 extra nights in the condo when our travel plans changed.

We have stayed at Edgewater in different condos many times. This condo is lovely and we had a very relaxing stay. Bed is super comfy and kitchen felt like home it is stocked so well. Waking up to see the beach from your bedroom is the very best part! Sunrises and sunsets are perfect. An endless supply of excellent restaurants nearby. Some of our favorites this time are Lost Pizza Co, Auston’s, O’Quigley’s for crab legs, The Back Porch for a sunset, and Evie Mae’s for desserts!

This condo has everything you need for an extended stay at the beach. It has a nice large kitchen that's well stocked. They also have pool and beach items so you don't have to worry about bringing your own. The second bedroom would be great for the kids. Edgewater was the perfect location and our condo was everything we hoped for. The ease of check-in made arriving and getting settled in stress-free. The pools were perfect for my children, ages 9 and 6. We had the perfect amount of space for the five of us. The condo was supplied with everything we needed and we definitely used some of the pool toys in the outside closet. Having beach service/chairs provided was a great addition. I would definitely book again for our next stay at Miramar Beach. Thank you!
