Stayed May 31, 2025Very comfortable and spacious condo, well stocked with kitchen utensils, crockery, glasses, towels and linens. Other extras like a choice of beach chairs, binoculars for spotting dolphins/seabirds or the welcome basket of snacks made this a 6 star condo.Our hosts Sandy and Karl were very friendly and gave us all the information we could need. When I text Sandy asking for recommendations to deter insects on the balcony as two of us react badly to bites, she was on it immediately. Within 24hours we had citronella candles delivered which, when burned, deterred the insects. Problem solved! Now that’s what we call service! This is a rental not to be missed!

Stayed Jan 25, 2025This was the BEST condo we have ever rented. Communication with the host was wonderful from the time we booked until we checked out. The could not have been more helpful. Check in was easy. They let us know via text when the unit was available and the door was operated with a touch pad; no need to pick up a key.The condo is gorgeous, just as pictured. Location is great and view of the Gulf is unbelievable with spectacular sunsets.The unit itself was spotless and lacks nothing. Amenities included shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a fully stocked kitchen. Slow cooker, air fryer, 2 coffee makers… I could go on and on. I didn’t want to leave!We look forward to returning to Indian Rocks Beach and staying here again.

Stayed Nov 3, 2023As a family we had an amazing stay at this wonderful and lovely furnished apartment. The panoramic view on the Gulf was breathtaking. The well maintained pool, which was never overcrowded, and the direct private beach access made our stay to an unforgettable experience. The whole apartment is well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Sandy and Kurt are also the best hosts you can imagine. We have been to that area more than once, but we have never been so well accommodated as here. We will for sure come back as soon as possible.
